We ordered an in stock item on the 15th April and paid for what is described as Express shipping, 12 days later still no delivery. We have rung twice to discuss and on both occasions have been fobbed off and told 'it's carnage out there mate' as regards to deliveries. I would have liked a little bit of interest and at least an apology.

Best price and v quick delivery. I had to return the item for a refund as I'd made a mistake when ordering and this was handled efficiently.
I then ordered the correct item, at a good price, and this was also delivered v quickly.

Ordered items first thing on Monday. Got confirmation of dispatch around 2 hours later and delivery due on Wednesday. And this is the free delivery option!
