Bought from Hope Valley Saddlery for quite a few years now, never have any issues, delivery is always quicker than expected. Even when a rug was not the right size they sorted it out for me. Overall fantastic company, love the auctions they do have got a few items which have been great.

Ive ordered many times over the years and always recommend you without hesitation. Customer service and products are top class with products being value for money. Amazing deals always offered and the auction site aswell.

I’ve purchased from Hope Valley on many occasions. Dispatch and delivery is always fast and sometimes arrives quicker than expected. A great selection of products and definitely one of my go to suppliers when buying new horsey bits. Will also always visit the stand if at horsey events such as Hickstead.

I have bought many things from Hope Valley, really great choice of equestrian clothing and anything you could possibly need for your horse. I most recently purchased some le mieux vector safety stirrups great price and fast delivery.

Brilliant delivery time. They always have some really good offers on which makes the expensive hobby we love just a little less expensive. And they have the amazing auction part where you can get the best of deals!

First time purchasing from Hope Valley, will definitely be using their website more often. Purchased the Le Mieux Loire coat and matching headband in the sale! Fabulous coat! Delivered quickly to NI with reasonable postage unlike other websites shipping across the water.

There was nothing wrong with the service provided by this company and they do say that the customer pays for returns, however, I was not aware this would be £12. This has put me off using them in the future when other companies supply a returns form for free. I would not have objected to anything under £5.

I have just read the reply stating there is a returns label for 4.99, however, this cost is only mentioned on the exchange part of the page, as follows:

Returns Policy

If you Return your item(s) to us within 3 Months of receipt, in unsoiled, undamaged and unused condition, we will happily Refund or Exchange them for you. This includes all tags still being attached and returned in the product packaging in which the items were sent out in. Please do not apply postal stickers directly on to the product packaging. E.g, footwear boxes, rug bags etc. In the event of these terms not being adhered to, we may be forced to deduct from your refund.
Refunds within the statutory period are made in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations.
Please send all Returns to: Returns Dept, Hope Valley Saddlery, Rockhead House, Staden Lane, Buxton, SK17 9RZ. It is essential that you include a covering note with your parcel, telling us:

Superb customer service. Good communication and fast delivery. A small problem (not the fault of Hope Valley Saddlery!) was dealt with and rectified quickly.

Just received a pair of Le Chameau Ladies Chelsea Aveture Cuir Boots which were incredibly good value in the current sale. Very good service.
