Have ordered from Hooklinen 4 bags get one free. Had problems at first as ordered the wrong letters,lettered bags, but their customer service quickly sorted the matter with numerous emails.Received them yesterday after about 3 weeks and was very pleased with them,exactly as photos.Would definitely reorder.

I goofed when I sent my order and consequently would have received one wrong puppy tote. However, Hooklinen continued working with me and we were able to correct my order so I received the correct totes. I would order from them again and already texted some friends about the great service I received.

I ordered 4 bags with initails on (gorgeous) BUT the 1 bag the initial was upside down. Hooklinen apologized and said a new one will be mailed. This was MONTHS ago. I have followed up with four emails and the last email sent today has been BLOCKED. I am so angry.

I purchased 10 different bags -- some for myself and some for my mum in Australia. I love the prints and the quality of the bags. Very vibrant colors and good designs. I have now ordered 5 more bags and a couple of aprons as they look great too

Although it did take several weeks for the bags to be delivered, now that I have them, I am pleased. They are so unique, colorful, and will be great gifts for my friends. The prices are GREAT!

This is not a review of the product because I have tried MANY times to place an order using my android phone which works fine for anything else as well as my new laptop that I got for Christmas & it works fine as well. The order will not go through. I want an Eeyore bag. Apparently you can't be reached by phone

These bags solved Christmas present problems. All women need shopping bags and all my friends and family loved them. They are very attractive, good quality and a good wide shoulder strap.
