This is the second time I have ever wanted to give negative stars. I placed an order for dresses my daughter wanted for EOY events she was attending and family events. One order was just deleted. The second RUSH order I placed, and paid for expedited shipping (2-3 day window) finally came over one month after a representative gave me “their word” it would be shipped that day, and the next three consecutive days I called- only for it to come in bits and pieces, one dress so short it was honestly a tube top. I have girls, I am used to short dresses- this was a junky tube top. The rest of the order came 5-10 weeks after initial delivery, some items were just cancelled without notification. You request a return, for a company that “wants 100 percent customer satisfaction” it is any thing BUT… the paperwork comes with NO RETURN ADDRESS to actually return. Try calling one of their phone numbers- one line is disconnected and the other “is full at this time.” BTW, “this time” means every time. You cannot get a hold of, or a response from, a representative if it were your full time job.

I received my order and the clothing was too big. I sent an email 3 times to their support email and no one will respond. I also went to their website and started a chat to try to get support, and no one responded to the chat either. This company is apparently not reputable, so I highly recommend not ordering from them.

Poor quality. Awful customer service: didn't receive items, different return policies (what is posted vs. what they issue), asked to cancel order - but still received. Received a second shipment 3 months later. What a mess. Do not order.

I ordered two bathing suits of the same size. One was a completely different size than the other, but I still had to pay $16 for an exchange. The swimsuit that I got in exchange was still the completely wrong size. Customer service was not helpful at all. Won’t be buying from them again.

Literally just never shipped, they never reached out either. terrible

Absolutely terrible! I ordered my package, got the order number and it didn’t move for weeks so I sent a message to the brand and they told me they were getting it ready for shipping. So I waited and reminded them after a few days at a time, and then a month went by and I asked them where it was and they just said they were trying their best. Then I forgot about it for a few months and it STILL hasn’t come, so i sent a message and I’m getting my damn money back.

0 STARS!!! I ordered in AUGUST AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED!!!! I’ve asked for a refund and they said no that isn’t their policy but they haven’t shipped my items either!!! When I ordered it was suppose to be in stock and shipped immediately and I would receive before my daughters bday and that never happened!!! STILL WAITING!!!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! Beware!!!!!!!

Scam! This brand has hired us to be their social media posters and agreed to pay us every month. A month has passed, and we haven't received an update from them. Those people who got scammed help us bring this business down.

Horrible experience! DO NOT BUY! I paid almost 15 dollars for expedited shipping so it would arrive early (6-9 days) and it did not come for over a month. Also got the completely wrong order with a whole different dress i didn’t not buy as well as a dress missing. Quality is cheap and this is a scam. Also horrible costumer service as I emailed them many times and they unprofessionally email. me back the same thing every time.

Do NOT spend your money here. clothes are gorgeous but go to a local boutique or altard state to find similar. spent 80 dollars on a dress for them to send it almost 2 months later in the wrong color. Waste of money and poorly run company

Package came 4 months too late and if that wasn’t bad enough I received random things that were not what I ordered and less things. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Customer service is terrible and products are very low quality. SCAM.

SCAM site!! Avoid!!! Daughter ordered a top in March 2025 and it was late at first. We contacted them for months and asked for updates and some bot kept telling us it’s coming but late. It’s the same automated answer every time. There is nobody to contact - just bots. Some fake shipping label was provided in June, but it’s still “late” in August! Complete scam. Do not order!

My daughter ordered $200 orthopedic of dresses that NEVER came. Keeps getting canned responses.

If I could give them zero stars I would. It took five weeks to get an incomplete and wrong order (not to mention ridiculously bad quality …. Shein is better for a quarter of the price). Tried to get a refund for the dress that was never ordered and for the one that was not what we ordered and they refused. They did not send a shipping label to make any returns and have ignored my messaging. My daughter paid for these dresses with her own money and I feel like they essentially stole from her. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. 0 out of 10 … would not recommend.

I ordered a dress for a vacation and it did come before I left and it didn’t come after I left. I ended up not receiving my package for over two months and when I finally did, it was ridiculously too big. on top of that when I went to go check what size it was it looked like the sizing had been cut off from the inside of the dress. I have been in communication with the company on Instagram for over a month just asking for my money back saying that I didn’t need or want the dress anymore and that I was tired of waiting on it. They were very stubborn and refused to cancel my order. then when I told them my experience with the dress once it had arrived at my house they still refuse to do a refund and told me that I now had store credit to their location, which is in a completely different state than me. Complete scam horrible customer service and just a big no!

Took over a month to get my order. They sent the wrong size. It took forever to resolve it. They would only send a replacement. They cut the size out and resent the same outfit.

I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. My daughter wanted a dress shed seen on social media. I ordered it for her to wear to a wedding. The dress never arrived and now I can't afford a different dress because they took my money.
The order confirmation has an email address to contact for queries, but the email address is non existent.
