Ordered an item and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. Turned up 2 days late by which time I had left the delivery address. Tried to contact them multiple times (before item delivered and after) but no one replies. Will definitely not use this company again (have since seen multiple reviews complaining about delivery times).

Purchased an item from this company and received a follow-up email several days later stating order had to be cancelled as they don’t have the stock and I’ve not been refunded. Site should have to up date stock and not email days later cancelling order! Avoid.

“ Order #1972 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded.”

Yeah. Wouldn’t bother. Sent me the wrong goods, then had to be chased to provide the refund.

Having not been able to find particular buns I wanted, I found them on this website, so thought would order a couple and see how it goes. I received confirmation, the right amount of postage update and they arrived before time packaged well and all was great. Will order again.

I ordered two cases of 6 bottles of red wine which was well priced, although the delivery wasn’t cheap, at around £15 it was well worth it to get 12 bottles delivered and be cheaper than usual in a supermarket.
I used Amazon Pay and after a couple of days I noticed a refund had been issued for one of the packs of 6. I tried to call them on both numbers and sent two emails. Never had a response. I would never have chosen to pay such a high delivery cost if all I would get was one pack of 6!
No communication, shoddy customer service, in fact it was non-existent.

I ordered 3 tubs of lotion on 16.03 and when I received my order I noticed 2 of the tubs were expired. I contacted the seller and told them I would return the 2 tubs and asked for a refund. Tubs were returned on 27.03 and I have been waiting for my refund ever since. Every-time I contact them they come up with excuses for not refunding me!! They are no longer responding to my messages

Rubbish orderd a item shown in stock no response after 3 days and upon contacting them no response just issued a refund that I've still not received

I ordered 5 Beneks' fashion fair cream-fast action 25g tube, then refund for 1.but delivered 3. Despite I pay for 1st classes just delivered today 12/09/2022.

Quality items arrived as ordered. Just a couple of days later than I had hoped.
