Delivery is just awful

The slippers are fine, the customer service is good, and quick. The postage is awful
I was at home and the slippers still left on the fron t door. I had a neighbour take them in as stuff has been taken before
Its not good enough to just leave them

Hello Tomasina,

We are very happy that you like your Homeys and our customer service but your 2 Star review is super unfair. Apart from quickly sorting your delivery problem at the time, we have since contacted you, via email, to explain that we use Yodel and the issue with your delivery was out of our control but you vehemently insist that Homeys should bear the brunt of your dissatisfaction, as WE choose to use them for our deliveries. We even sent you a link to Yodel's Trustpilot page, so you could vent your anger there, but you were absolutely certain that it was wholly our error and we fully deserve your poor review. To be clear, your pair arrived safely 1 day later than it should have and you paid no delivery costs whatsoever. All online businesses have to use one of the main delivery companies and having tried them all, Yodel seems to do a fair enough job, most of the time! We don't actually drive round in little Homeys vans delivering our slippers, had that been the case your review would be totally justified. As a small, family run, UK business these negative reviews really effect us and most customers, with a delivery issue, accept it wasn't actually Homeys fault and are happy to amend their reviews. Sadly, not in your case. You are, of course, free to leave your negative review, but maybe just remember, when reviewing other small companies on their delivery performance, the business your bashing isn't the right one...

Love homeys slippers

Love homeys slippers, my husband and I have been buying them for 10+ years. Such good quality, keep my feet nice and warm and they're so comfy!

Best slippers

I am onto my second pair ( although still using old pair after 15 months ) the best most comfortable slippers ever . Bought other named brands in the past and they have only lasted 6 months at best

They were too tight across the toes but…

They were too tight across the toes but there was no other option re sizes.
Not comfortable and overpriced and I’d like a full refund for both pairs.

Hello!

Very odd 'review' this Pamela. Firstly, Trustpilot is not a company contact form and is not generally how you communicate with a business if you have an issue. It's where you leave a public review. We have never had any contact from you whatsoever, so to see your scathing review here was a surprise to say the least. Our sizes do cross, so you bought 3-4 even though you were a 4/5 and of course they did not fit. Had you asked our friendly team they would have told you to size up but you didn't and then you blamed us. You then suggest that because your Homeys didn't fit we should be responsible for your return? We then contact you directly via email & text and get no response at all? And to cap it off you give us an 'overpriced' dig that was totally unnecessary and absolutely not true. If you would like to reply to our emails or text we'll be happy to refund your purchase after you return them.

Superb Customer Service

A lovely pair of slippers, but also superb customer service from Tanya at Homeys throughout. I managed to mix up two addresses, with the end result that my slippers were delivered to an old address 200 miles away. Tanya arranged for the slippers to be re-collected by Royak Mail from the wrong address I had provided and had them sent to the correct one. When customer service, especially concerning online sales, seems to be going to the dogs these days, this is a stand-out example of what it still can be, if both the individuals concerned and the company set any store by it. I am very grateful to Tanya and Homeys for getting my slippers to me after a mistake which was entirely mine in the making and nothing to do with them
