The slippers are now comfortable but were tight at first. I think a wider fastening flap would be better as mine only just meets and my ankles are not large.

The slippers I bought are good quality as always and sent in good time. However the sizing seems to have changed as the slippers I bought for my son who is a size 9 fit my husband who is a size 8. I bought the medium size (9 - 10) and they barely fit my husband who is a 7.5 - 8 (small) ?? I will now have to order large 11-12 for my son who is a 9!! Never used to be like this as I’ve bought these slippers for years. What’s changed??

The slippers themselves are great! no complaints on the product itself. However, I would not recommend using Yodel. The delivery was delayed due to a clerical error. They claimed that I had entered a post code that I had never heard of and definitely didn't enter as I had double checked my address before completing the order. This was a Friday and they said it would arrive by Monday. It did not and on Tuesday I received another call about the address that they had still not corrected. They finally arrived Wednesday but the Yodel driver rang every flat in the building immediately before I had a chance to answer, so then they clearly just dropped that package in the close and ran off. No harm done but poor customer service on Yodel's part.
