RESOLVED--My Fidelity National Home Warranty REFRIDGERATOR problem, is now in my rear view mirror

Believe it or not, this repair issue took OVER A YEAR. After many phone calls to FNHW Customer Service Dept, it was apparent that they were NOT going to offer me an alternative.

It was either ship the front control panel to some place in FL.or pound sand. So, as I often do in situations such as this, I usually write the CEO. I did and he assigned (for want of a better description) a BLOOD HOUND to investigate and handle my issue. He located an independent GE Repair Service that came by 2 days later.

This Tech (Gary) didn't even look at the front control panel where the water dispenser would not stop. He arrived, pulled the fridge from the wall and found a water a leak. Now he has to contact customer service to inform them what part needs to be ordered. One week later, Gary returns & installs the new part.

However, he finds another leak down stream.

So he must go through the same routine again. Long story short, it happened 2 more times for a total of another 4 weeks. So it took another month to get the refrigerator healthy.

My wife & I are ecstatic. In the long run...I will be leaving FNHW because all my appliances are GE.

User's recommendation: Stay away...especially is you have GE Appliances. You will NEVER get a Certified GE Technician.

Aléjense de esta compañía es malísima no responde tampoco tiene servicio en español para soluciones de problemas,no volví a renovar y dejaron el trabajo tirado decepcionada de haber botado mi dinero con esta compañía.

Choice warranty is not a trusted provider.  Our refrigerator  has been broken since Aug. and they continue to tell us that they are working on it but they cannot get a technician.  The reason being is Choice does not always pay so no one in the area will work with them.  There is no way to get a hold of anyone outside the call center which is all script driven.  Please look for the honest reviews and avoid this company at all costs.

HomeWarrantyReviews.com is very useful for reading reviews of home warranties. You can't trust company sites because they only show positive reviews. No one buys anything without reviews anymore. I am also impressed by their special sales that make home warranties dirt cheap.
