when he did turn up 2 weeks later for a repair, he spent 5 mins on it, and couldnt do the job, emailed the company for a date on a re-attempt with 2 staff members - no reply!
Cold calling Salesman rang my doorbell even though there is a large sign saying 'NO salesmen or cold callers'. He got my 84 year old very sick husband out of bed. All recorded on CCTV.
Wouldn't go near a company that does this.
We recently had new doubled glazed windows installed by DG Solutions.

The Installers Ian and Ryan were very polite and professional. They were very respectful in regard to the protection of my furniture and belongings. Very tidy. Would highly recommend
Excellent product. Window fitters Camron & Keiron were polite. meticulous and very nice people to have in my home. May I also thank them being so clean and tidy and respectful.
When I received the quote from the Salesman it was £40000 then he offered me a revised quote of £19999 so I told him what I considered a fair price and we went from there! (Shame he couldn't be more open and straight in his delivery)
I had 13 Windows 2 Doors and a French Door installed on the 20th + 21st March. The surveyor came the following week to measure up and said the installation would take 3 days. The two fitters that came where pretty good and did all the upstairs windows on the first day to a very high standard! The ground floor windows and doors was also completed to a good standard. But what let them down was the inferior finishing touches on some of the outside windows and doors! In my opinion they rushed the ground floor installation so they could complete in 2 days instead of 3. A few more hours on the job and it would have been perfect.
I contacted Customer Services and they sent Brian out to complete the snagging list and he was excellent and made good everything I asked of him.
So overall I was very pleased with the result and the windows and doors look fantastic. Just a shame some of the finishing touches are not as good as they could have been hence my 4 stars rating.
