One is too many.

Bed arrived with many parts damaged, both physically and cosmetically (I mean hell, even after the panels supposedly being painted i was able to tell the parts had been embossed with a Chinese forestry logo). Other panels had sawdust within the laminate layer, unable to be removed without stripping it all back. Many screw holes were incomplete and required finishing. Suffice the say quality wasn't much good.

I contacted them to obtain some kind of refund, only to be met with an automated response asking for panel numbers for replacement... It was all of them. This took 2 days to get a response. Rather than return the bed I suggested a partial refund and I'd finish the panels on my own... 2 more days.

After a back and forth and some more delays, they agreed a poxy 15% discount. I just wanted this nightmare over so I agreed. 2 more days. They said they needed me to confirm. I already had. 2 more days. They finally said they'd done it. One week later - nothing. Contact one more time. Another automated response same as the other. Then magically it happened!

Honestly, I'm fairly convinced they just wanted me to forget about it so they could keep the money.

Home Treats, don't bother reaching out! I'm not interested in wasting any more time.

I'm not sure the positive reviews are fake but my experience is similar to the other negative reviews. I bought a bed. The website assures 1-2 days delivery. I book time off work to be here to receive the delivery which never arrived. Trying to get hold of customer service is a nightmare, it takes at least 1 day for each response! They first apologised saying the reason they didn't send it yet is because they want to send it with their own drivers so it doesn't get damaged (???) and didn't provide an estimate delivery date. In the next email, they said they can't track my order because I ordered it via Amazon. That's NOT true, I ordered via their website. Again, no delivery date was provided. It's still processing in the status page... I have no clue whether the bed is arriving or not. I have contacted my bank to dispute the payment. In the meantime, my kid is sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

We received the wrong item. We ordered a bunk bed which came in two boxes. One box was incorrect. One was a double ottoman bed. I was unable to get through to anyone on the phone. I sent about 15 emails between advising them of the mistake and trying to rearrange delivery. It has been over 2 weeks and still not received the correct order. The email responses are very slow and they clearly are not reading them they are just standard response emails. Awful service. Would not recommend.

Ordered from here, waited a week for delivery. Turned up and tried to assemble and half is the wrong bed! Now sleeping on the floor and no simple way of speaking to customer services to resolve the issue. Phone lines cut you off because they are understaffed. Email response has asked for photographs which isn’t realistic as we had boxed the bed back up for collection. Terrible experience

Extremely poor customer service.
Ordered bed through Amazon and should have been delivered on 2/3 May, they said, before 8 pm they said. Waited in on both days, NOTHING! No explanation, no one answering phones or emails. Amazon contacted and said wait until after Bank Holidayy. Got a text, very late on Monday saying delivery will be 7 th or maybe 8th.
Tried again to contact them but no one could be bothered to answer!
It's not as if the bed had to travel very far because I live in Manchester and half an hour from where they are based!
When i finally got a response from them they blamed Amazon! Not a good look people!?
This 'experience' led to us cancelling through Amazon and taking our hard earned cash elsewhere.
Update - 08/05/2025
The bed delivery was cancelled on 7th May, in the morning when my friend spoke to the companies boss and told him she was disappointed with their service. Unbelievably, at 7 pm, today , (08/05/2025). they have just turned up to deliver the bed!! Their boss has known for more than 24 hours this order was cancelled yet he still tried to pull a fast one and deliver the bed! This is the kind of company you are dealing with!
I found a local supplier who delivered my new bed within two hours, this is the kind of service that deserves praise.
Save yourself the worry and give this company a miss!

What a lovely company. Quick delivery you can track driver , well packed . We ordered wall panels 3d slatted acoustic absorbing . Panels colour looks same like on pictures. Will do some more shopping deffo. Shopping done by B&Q online web.

Wow! What a lovely company. I bought a pink drawer trolley with pull out drawers, it arrived today. It was beautifully well packed and the standard was so good that my trolley was almost guaranteed to arrive safely. Opening it very carefully I noticed pink plastic bits almost pouring out, The 2 larger drawers were completely broken. I contacted Home Treats, expecting to wait for ages but Anthony replied immediately, he and another member used my photos to show to the courier then reassured me as did Hussain a little while ago. They are sending replacement drawers right away and couldn't apologise enough. It wasn't their fault but they went the extra mile for me today, nothing was too much trouble and they were really kind. I am so impressed with this company and won't hesitate to buy from them again. Excellent fabulous customer service. Thank you Home Treats.

I ordered my bed the service I got with them was excellent. My bed came within 2 days I did not expect that it will arrive so soon due to the bank holiday. I highly recommend this company to everyone and the price can’t be beaten. Keep up with the good work. Thanks

Brought an aesthetic looking bed from here and it was the best priced on the market. Delivery was super quick even on a bank holiday, I could track live delivery and best of all the delivery men were so helpful, brought the bed up three flights of stairs. Would definitely buy from here again.

Really prompt delivery following purchase and Rees and Leon are a credit to the company, super friendly and willing to go that extra mile by helping put the goods upstairs as we would have really struggled to do so. Thanks Guys!
