homesnagginguk Recensioni

I can't thank Lucy and Keith enough for their advice, and professionalism. Lucy, with her knowledge over the phone, is what led me to choose this company. Keith was thorough, patient and generally excellent as he conducted the snagging survey. Detailed photos and descriptions of all issues were sent to me promptly upon payment. There were numerous issues that I hadn't identified myself.
I have an ongoing issue with my developer (new build) and have received valuable advice from Lucy and Keith on how to proceed, and they continue to support me still.
Home Snagging UK is well worth the money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Thankyou.

Thank you, Julie. Professional expertise!

Professional and responsible, effectively.

The appointment time is flexible and easy to arrange.
The response is fast. Every time when I sent emails, the response is fast.
The on-site snagging is professional and detailed.
The on-site staffs are nice and polite.
The snagging report is informative with pictures clearly shows where are the issues.
It would be better if I can go through the issues at once during the snagging time. Then, I can have a brief idea and so it would be more easier for me to match each points inside the report to the issues of the house.

Julie and Keith did a great job with the pre- and post-completion snagging reports for our new house. The reports were detailed and clear for easy communication with the builders to correct the snags. They found problems that were not obvious but important for correction. Thanks again!

Julie is very professional and checked the whole property thoroughfully, the snagging report is detailed and the report arrived much earlier than I expected.

I would recommend this snagging company to anyone in need of their services.

Keith went above and beyond, he found things that we didn’t know to look for. He is a lovely guy with experience. The report was provided very quickly with clear pictures and a useful checklist. I highly recommend this company and service!

Would just like to say we had a very professional survey done by Keith, who was very informative regarding the snagging information, respected my property while performing the survey inside and out, and would highly Recommend this company.

Keith has exceptional knowledge and expertise in what he does. Snagged my new home expertly and explained everything as he worked. Exceptional, professional service. Highly recommended, report arrived next day. Thank-you.

Julie was brilliant and did a thorough job throughout would definitely recommend and will be recommending to our other neighbours

It simply put our minds at rest when we moved into our new home. The snagging list was very easy to understand and was supported by photographs.

Really easy to book in, fast responses back, and the snag report is thorough and is easy to understand and read through. Thanks Keith.

Highly recommend anyone whom wants a snagger, in our case our home was a new build and they found some key areas such as incorrect window fitting, which is something we would of not spotted ourselves and many other areas, this allowed us to get these snags resolved before/during our move in period.

We had Keith come to snag our new build property, Keith completed a thorough search of the property and produced a well detailed report. Keith was well mannered and home snagging UK was quick to produce the report and I highly recommend home snagging UK to anyone in need of a new home snagging inspection.

Ms. Julie Darby conducted a comprehensive snagging service at our new house.

The snagging report listed every minor defect in details.

Excellent service from Home Snagging UK and Julie.

The lady that came around was so lovely and professional. She knew her job inside and out.

Brilliant, knowledgeable and super friendly

Julie is a friendly competent thermal & snagging inspector. Ahe did a thorough job of checking out this 1973-built house, did a good post-job brief of her findings in plain English and recommended some mostly-simple remedies. As she doesn't do remedial work herself, I felt confident that the remedies she suggested would not be by way of job creation for a builder.

Great service, would recommend to anyone who has purchased a property.

Excellent service , detailed report, which arrived the same day as the survey !
How can anyone not invest in this invaluable report when buying a house
Many thanks Steph and Mel Kay

Had my new home snagging done on 8th Jan and the service I have received was pretty amazing. Julie arrived before time and by the time I reached the place she has already started looking at the exterior of the house. She was really thorough in the analysis and pointed out things that wouldn't have been visible to us at all. She also noted down some of my things that I have observed in the report.
Very happy with the service.
