Homesecurity1st Recensioni

First customer here, yet Craig went out of his way to help me. I needed a part, not only were they the cheapest, they also were the only ones that could provide stock, and even whilst they were closed (it was xmas) I was able to come pick it up quick. Fantastic!

Craig and his team got my system up and running in no time at all.

I will recommend Homesecurity1st to anyone looking for home security upgrades. They are professional, efficient, and well-priced. I needed them to come help me last minute during a renovation, and they made a plan to assist. The technicians are also friendly and you can trust that they know what they are doing.

Craig and team are get to have working in the house and he was super great with the stock provided. Craig was just very slow in responding to my needs and I had to chase him for help, even when I had made my needs clear.

I had an exceptional experience working with Craig and his team at Homesecurity 1! From the moment I reached out, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my safety needs. Craig guided me through every step, helping me understand the best security options for my home without ever pressuring me into unnecessary add-ons. The installation team was punctual, friendly, and respectful of my property, leaving everything spotless after the job was done.

The quality of the system has exceeded my expectations—it’s user-friendly and provides me with peace of mind knowing my home is protected. I highly recommend Craig and Homesecurity 1 to anyone seeking reliable, top-tier home security with a personal touch. Thank you, Craig and team, for going above and beyond!

Efficient, friendly, job well done.

I have been using Homesecurity1st for a few years now, they are always reliable, very responsive and send out professional and knowledgeable technicians.

Very efficient and installed without fuss

prompt, flexible delivery and ordering process

Got the address wrong and went to my work site (despite clarifying it was my home address)
Arrived late, when the domestic had to leave (we mentioned about her leaving at 4.00 pm). Unsecure he whole week end....
On Monday arrived late, so it was postponed to next day, when eventually was fixed.
But Oh, no! next week Friday is again not working.
Called, but only one truck working, so no go Monday. Tuesday (today) lost in action.... nothing happened,
So... I am looking for another company that takes my needs more seriously.
Bye Bye....

Great Products and Service

Craig, Nathan and Daniel are absolute superstars! From coming to the house to quote and advise on a suitable security system, to installation and delivery - they have been exceptional. Their work is very high quality, they are knowledgeable and professional. The installation was done with great attention to detail and looked so neat and was slick. The system is such a high quality and even gives you access to the online app firnyour phone which they get you all set up on and show you exactly how to use it.
