home security 1st is outstanding
Once again home security 1st delivered! This time my cctv cameras had gone down and they managed to detect the problem instantly - replaced what needed and got all cameras up and running! Professional and friendly staff - highly competent - manager
Is super approachable and understanding. Their customer service is 20 out of 10. Highly recommend! Try them! You won’t be disappointed.

Quick, friendly, resourceful and most importantly trustworthy
Had my car broken into, immediately reached out to Craig and he had his technicians out to my property within a day or two. Technicians were nice and friendly, answered all my questions, managed to sort out my alarm system even though I didn’t have the master code (even changed the master code for me) and were resourceful in fixing an older beam.
Craig’s after sales communication has also been great and didn’t try to upsell me to any new equipment. Definitely recommend them and will happily use them again.

Not trustworthy
I returned an IDS sensor that was not compatible with my IDS alarm system a month ago and still have not received my refund. The unit was returned in its original condition and packaging. I have left messages and no reply. Very frustrating. Be careful.

Nathan and team always very professional, came and replaced my security gate motor quickly. I've used Homesecuirty1st for number of secuirty aspects around the house, alarms, fencing etc. Workmanship is excellent.
