Home Report Scotland Recensioni

This company made everything so easy and stress free.
Calls and visits where professional. Highly recommend

I recently had my property surveyed for a Home Report, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had several questions and queries about the report, and each one was handled professionally, clearly, and without any judgement. Everything was explained in a way that made the process much easier for me to understand.
They also amended the report to include updated safety certificates I provided, which will give any future buyer confidence that the utilities are in safe hands. Throughout the whole process they were efficient, professional, respectful, patient, and incredibly helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services or use them again in the future.

First class service all round and Robert is a great surveyor

Very professional, well mannered and helpful.

Straightforward, professional yet friendly

Right from the start the surveyor was very diligent about his duties and carried them out with a high degree of confidence and ability. I have no problem recommending your company to anyone else in the future.

Everything went as planned and the staff and surveyor Niall were excellent

The home report was conducted in a professional and timely manner

Excellent service, Very nice and pleasant staff.

Excellent service provided by all. I would Would recommend using hdg, as the office staff are very friendly and helpful, with the professional backup of the surveyor being outstanding, and diligent.
I would recommend everyone uses HDG

Ordered a home report and it was completed quickly.

I was expected from such as company to be professional and helpful. They caused so much trouble when I was selling my house. They absolutely undervalued the property. Lack of knowledge and the rude behaviour caused so much frustration and caused lots of issues. They had no respect to the client at all.
Absolutely cannot recommend.
To reply to your query about the name. Yes it was under different surname than my Google account (surname has since changed). Of course I can email you.

Great service and helpful pointing out areas of concern

Very pleased with the report , very professionally handled , highly recommended.

The whole process was really easy from start to finish. My surveyor (Brett McMillan) was professional, thorough and friendly and I had my draft report 24 hours later. No hesitation in recommending.

Very easy and hassle free from my first email. Excellent service.
I would highly recommend.

Extremely thorough in the survey of the property and asked questions about building work approvals etc. Seemed very knowledgeable of the local area and overall a fantastic service. Well done.

Easy process, speedy response and polite surveyor!

From the 1st phone call I felt at ease and when the surveyors came to the property they were very polite and professional. The report was sent to me within a day which was fantastic. I would definitely use them again. Excellent value for money.

The process was very straightforward and the staff approachable and helpful.
