Had them take over my AV and network earlier this year and since then its been plain sailing. So what can I say? :-)

High quality work with the best kit. Great engineers, and lots of experience. Really top end results.

Very responsive and reliable. They are very keen to help on the design and also they take the time to explain the different options. After the installation, Homeplay explain how to get the most of the equipment installed.

As a London PA I came across Homeplay about ten years ago and have used them for my HNW clients ever since. They never say no and always try to find a way to figure out a way to provide what he clients want. Always available to answer and questions and the follow up and after care on all jobs has been excellent!

I believe the art of a technology integration is all about the preparation and planning, Homeplay have installed a fully integrated house, from Music,heating,lights AV distribution in 4K throughout the house in a simple way.

We used Homeplay to assess and improve our wifi connectivity around the house as we have awful download and upload speeds and our Sonos system would continually cut out and the investment we had made in surround sound cinema and ceiling speakers throughout. As an interior designer I always recommend Homeplay. The team are efficient and personable and very easy for contractors to work with. James always makes sure that the clients requirements are met exactly. The after sales service at Homeplay is excellent, always someone there at the end of a phone, they also offer an excellent maintenance contract to keep more complex systems up to date and functioning perfectly!

We have used their installation services on 2 refurb projects, I believe AV is a specialised area that doesn't need to be complicated, homeplay take out take all the complications and deliver .
