There was a delay with my order but when I contacted the team, they were quick to act and went above and beyond to get my order sent off. The items were brilliantly crafted and carefully packaged.

Was this the best quality frame I’ve ever bought? No, but it was really good and great value for money. I bought four and was quite amazed about the quality of the packaging. There was a problem with the glazing on one of my pictures and to be fair it’s something that they could not have picked up given that the glazing comes covered in film on both sides, but after I got in touch they sent me a new piece of glazing straightaway, no questions asked. Really good customer service.

My experience with this company was really exceptional. The website is easy to use, but when I had a question, they helped on the phone and were very friendly. The item arrived in packaging that would survive a nuclear blast. I can't see how it could be more protected. Every packing detail is carefully considered and carried out. The end product is quite breathtaking - I didn't expect it to look so professional. Really brilliant service, they are indeed the best 4 frames.

I ordered 2 large frames - 60x80cm and they arrived absolutely smashed to pieces. The glass was not even contained within the plastic that wrapped the frames so some of it came out onto my carpet and the rest stuck through the plastic - large pointed shards of glass . Given the size and the fact all packaging was damaged and bits were coming out in all direction , i was really worried about disposing of this. I emailed the company (who didnt pick up the phone despite being open) , and i was told to dispose of them. I explained it was really dangerous and wasnt sure how i would do this safely- far too large for the bin and difficult to get out the door given the size and the glass sticking out. I asked for some help- could they be collected? Answer was no. So this all fell on me to sort. I had a tiny bit of glass in my foot which I couldnt see and therefore remove- that was also of no concern. I emailed saying I wasn't really happy that I was left to deal with this due to the danger of the glass/ frame size but I was ignored. I eventually managed to get the frames in the car with help from a friend but it was not easy. I then had to drive to the skip and then get my car vacuumed in case tiny bits of glass had dropped into it.
These things happen- ie broken in transit but zero concern and very little accountability makes it even worse and due to the horrible after care 'service', I am writing this review. I was refunded but as I say- they could not have cared less ! I emailed and told them my thoughts and this was ignored .

Good website, easy to navigate and order. Very quick delivery. However 2 items were missing from order. I contacted the company by email and had an almost immediate reply. Missing items being dispatched today.
Things go wrong but how a company deals with an issue tells you more about them. Excellent customer service

This is the second time I've used this company, and I would absolutely use them again.

The quality of the frames and mounts, the turnaround time, and the care taken in packing the products is second to none.

The website is easy to use and very clear about what you are ordering; in particular showing the exact dimensions of the items you have ordered which I find very helpful, as this is not so clear on other websites.

The company is very helpful and responsive to queries. All in all a 5* company.

Order C2566821474 - Received the mount today. Absolutely perfect; quality, colour and exactly cut to measurements provided. The carrier delivered quickly with ample communication so I was aware of date/time to expect the item. What I am so impressed with is the evident care taken to pack tye item. I have never received a similar product packed so well. I will be completely loyal to this company from now on- 100% satisfaction

A quality mount, cut perfectly to size, and delivered in rigid card to keep it protected. My only problem was that I ordered ivory which has arrived looking pale yellow and doesn't entirely match the print. However I've got it framed up for now and may change it at a later point. Would definitely use them again - much better quality mount that others I had bought from Amazon.
