I’ve lost count of how many robes I’ve ordered and gifted at this point.. it’s definitely in the double digits! I personally own 3 robes (I had more but kept gifting them), 2 towels, and I’m already planning my next order. I can’t wait for the kids’ collection to launch.

I wear these constantly and have washed them countless times, and they’ve held up beautifully. Saying I love them is honestly an understatement.

I’ve also ordered to the U.S. multiple times, and shipping has always been quick, with customs clearing smoothly. You truly get what you pay for, and I’ve been consistently impressed with both the quality and the service from HoH.

I absolutely love love love all of the products myself and my husband have purchased from Home of Hammam! Would not buy a robe from anywhere else! Great customer service and the best quality! I buy them as gifts and everyone I have purchased them for ends up buying more!

I have two robes and now a towel in my collection and am so thrilled with them! Everything arrived on time and immaculately packaged - they also smell so good 🤣 would highly recommend and I’m planning to get another towel ahead of the summer holidays - so handy!

I have bought two robes from Home of Hammam. They arrived beautifully packaged and have been an absolute joy to wear, they give me a real lift they feel so special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they are the most beautiful robes.

Ordered a robe last week and arrived in super quick time. Lovely quality item and really pleased with my purchase.

I’ve bought many pieces from this company an all of them have been beautiful- I’ve gifted friends and family and they are always a bit of showstopper.

You must take care of your item, they are hand made using natural fibres so cool wash and hang dry is the only way you’ll preserve the items. Sunning collection, and only ever had a good experience.

I’ve bought my wife several robes from home of hammam. She has bought friends and family plenty since. She loves them and is always eying up the next one. Always a smooth process - one time a robe was delayed but I had emails to update me.

Initially loved my robe but first time washed the lumps of dye that were on the print migrated beyond design to the plain white areas on sleeves and front leaving dressing gown looking grey and stained. Tried to email the company but not hopeful of a reply judging from other reviews on here.
Had to eventually open a PayPal dispute in order to get my money back as the company never replied.

The robe was lovely when it arrived. I followed the instructions for cleaning and that is where the problems started. First wash 50% of the design came off and it’s got progressively worse until it was unwearable. It just looked so ratty. This was an expensive purchase for me and just not worth it at all. Contacted them through several channels and never even had an acknowledgement.
The company grew dramatically over night due to the promotion of influencers who they sent lots of free items, it seems they don’t care ant all about actual paying customers.

I bought the ‘Stephanie’ robe for £99 and initially loved how it looked and felt. But within just a few washes — all exactly as instructed — the fabric started to bobble badly, the colours faded, and it lost its softness. It now looks worn out and tired, less than a year later.

When I contacted the company, I wasn’t asking for a return — I just expected them to take the quality issue seriously. Instead, I was initially ignored, eventually receiving dismissive responses completely ignoring the fact that a robe at this price point shouldn’t wear out so quickly. No interest, no accountability.

The product didn’t live up to its price tag, and the service didn’t live up to the brand image.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this company if you want to actually wear the product for more than a few weeks.

Ordered a robe on 23rd February. Company advertise delivery as Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) We are now on 4th March, no tracking or delivery updates and no response to email.
I have had to open a case with PayPal to get my £99 back. Very disappointed as really wanted the gown as a gift and was planning on buying one for myself.

Ordered a towel and robe set. Only ever received the robe. Washed as instructed but all the pattern faded away after just 1 wash, it’s awful quality! Emailed company and never received a reply. Do not waste your money.

Robe faded significantly and shrunk after one wash - done according to instructions - very poor quality for the price and now unwearable after 4 washes. Reached out to the owner who offered no solution. Lovely designs but not even original as I’ve seen the same elsewhere so don’t waste your money.
