Home of Hammam have responded to my comment to say email customer service. I have already done this and gotten no response.
Seems they only respond to public complaints.

Bought a Stephanie full length dressing gown for my partner after first wash its faded and looks years old. Very disappointing as it wasn't exactly cheap costing over €100 delivered.

I recently placed an order for the Felicity Pink Mini robe and towel bundle. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but I was quickly contacted and given the option to either wait for new stock or choose a replacement. I really appreciated being given that flexibility and great customer service.

As I needed it for an upcoming holiday, I opted for a replacement, I’m so glad I did! It has now arrived and I absolutely love it. The fabric is thick without being heavy, and the quality feels excellent. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I’ve noticed a few negative reviews mentioning colour fading after washing, but the website clearly advises washing on a cold cycle. From what I’ve seen (and read in other reviews), as long as you follow those instructions, the colour holds up perfectly.

I’ll definitely be ordering the longer robe in the near future and will be recommending House of Hammam to all my family and friends!

Good dressing gown but the colour ran as soon as I washed it once for over £100 for a dressing gown this is unacceptable. Still waiting for a response for the customer service rep and if I don’t hear in the next couple of days I will go to my bank like below and also take it further to trading standards. Looking forward to resolving this amicably otherwise I will pursue.

My favourite robes ever!! As a size UK22/24, I wear the 20+ robes - I quite simply can't go a day without wearing one. I get really hot and bothered usually in robes but these are breathable cotton, insanely comfortable and gorgeous styles. I also can't wait to take away on holiday with me, would highly recommend!!

My daughter bought one of these robes , washed it once and all the colour has faded in the wash and has ran … looks awful
She contacted customer service who ignored all emails . Stay clear .
Identical Robes selling on Etsy for a QUARTER of the price ! We have pictures of the colour run for evidence if required

Update on reply from home of Hammam - this reply did make me laugh . It shows the level of professionalism. I have nothing to gain with writing a negative review with the only intention to be honest and warn others of my experience. Trustpilot is a platform where you can share your honest thoughts and feedback for other people . I’m not the only customer that has flagged and raised concerns about the colour run , it’s not a fake review it’s the truth . I have pictures that I have sent them which they have completely ignored .
Don’t make the same mistake I made !

Update ( again ) ITS MY DAUGHTERS ORDER I’m referring to , Which we bought at the SAME time last time I checked that wasn’t against the law . My order was not received as per my original review and I stand by that .
You also HAVE NOT sent me any evidence of delivery that is completely false information and you know it ,
I have sent truspilot the pictures of my daughter’s robe as evidence . Are the other customers reviews on here misleading too then you’re contradicting yourself .
You have a number of misleading reviews ( 10 on the same day 5 * )how coincidental that 10 people on the same day decided to head to truspilot and give you a 5* review about a robe immediately after I gave you a negative one this is unfair and unlawful to mislead customers like that .

Fourth update ( after you stated you would use email platform to communicate instead of truspilot ) embarrassingly unprofessional for any company to keep this pathetic nonsense going on a trusted platform .
What you have stated in your reply is false which I take extremely serious. You know I have evidence so not quite sure what your point is .
You certainly have not replied or given any other method of resolving the issue . If you have please state here so everyone can see how fabulous your company is at resolving issues . … that would be awesome ! considering you have raised every other point here .
You have photos of dye run .. a refund should be given last time I checked it was the law .

Update - I was sent an email and told that no refund will be given as basically I have given negative feedback online and they do not like my tone so they won’t have anything to do with me .
My bank has now refunded me which is a positive .
I’ve never in my life dealt with someone so difficult and dismissive .
This was the owner I was dealing with which is seems to be the only individual replying to any emails .
Update .. again ! I’m embarrassed for you .
If I was reading this review I would never go near your company ,I have nothing to gain by writing this . customers can look back and see the negative reviews about the dye, it’s not just me , this is extremely embarrassing for you .
I have the evidence for the fake reviews , and as previously stated I DO NOT take kindly to false allegations being made against me so watch your Tone and I suggest you tread very carefully.
Legal proceedings .. you’d be shut down in a second . Your name on your email isn’t even legit

Love love love my home of hammam robes, and cannot stop buying them 🤣 They wash so well (make sure it’s a cold wash) and are so soft. They make lounging around the house fashionable! Have bought lots as gifts as well and everyone else loves them too!

Absolutely love my HOH robe. I take it away with me on all my holidays as it’s the perfect accompaniment to wear around the pool and on the beach. High quality and I need to add another to my collection!

I’ve lost count of how many robes I’ve ordered and gifted at this point.. it’s definitely in the double digits! I personally own 3 robes (I had more but kept gifting them), 2 towels, and I’m already planning my next order. I can’t wait for the kids’ collection to launch.

I wear these constantly and have washed them countless times, and they’ve held up beautifully. Saying I love them is honestly an understatement.
