I ordered products totalling over £140 and the products arrived after 12 days, I was horrified by the quality of the products, cheap and in damaged boxes. I packed them up to send them back for a refund but there is no return address. I have emailed several times to ask for an address but no response. I saw the company advertising on facebook so checked that it had a proper website which it has. Facebook have to take some responsibility for allowing this company to advertise.

Cheap, badly made very expensive for what we received. Not anything like it was advertised. Trading standards need to investigate this company. It was a Christmas present it's only fit for firewood

One essential piece of the car kit game was missing and another part was duplicated. Ordered for a Christmas present so now awaiting a reply from them. I'll update my review as soon as this is sorted.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole, they do not reply to emails.
I am now involving citizens advice as they do not reply to any emails or correspondence.

Cheap defective materials. Definitely not as it is shown, hard to bend and move . Even the balloons have punctures in them so cannot be blown up.
DO NOT BUY from here.
I have emailed several times regarding a refund - finally someone called Vee replied offering 30% off !
Only after their 14 days returns deadline did they offer me a refund as long as I return the product myself - address btw is in China!
A terrible company who doesn’t care about customer service or it’s reputation at all.

I ordered balloon brawler and wanted to cancel within minutes, which was ignored. 3 days later I had a message to say it had been posted. I want to send it back but they have no address in UK, if you want to return a product it has to go to China, at buyer's expense. What a SHAM!!

Took ages to deliver. Product is shoddy. Item missing. Massively over priced when compared to similar elsewhere. Wish is reviewed here first!

If I could give zero stars I would! Impossible to cancel - they said it was shipped but a week later I got a shipping notice and now it says 7-12 days delivery. The site does everything it can to look like you’re buying in the UK but you’re not. Wish I’d checked out the reviews before buying.

Dreadfully disappointing. I ordered the ‘Balloon Brawlers’, which looked like a fun game, made by a local wood working company. Only when I received an email advising me that the item was at some Chinese mailing centre, did I realise that I’d been completely taken in. The game arrived today, three weeks after placing and paying for order. Needless to say, the instructions are incomprehensible, lacking even adequate illustration. The workmanship is crude, and a screw of paper conceals the two sharp pins needed to puncture the balloons.

I would warn anyone against purchasing anything from this bunch of chancers.

Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered balloon brawler but then found item much cheaper elsewhere so tried to cancel order within 30 mins, but no way to actually do so other than an email that wasnt responded to until 48 hours later. Response then from company was that it had already been shipped. Now 3 weeks later tracking company says item has been delivered - but it hasnt. Appears to have been delivered somewhere 4 hours away!! When complaint raised (again only avenue is by email address) I have still heard nothing 4 days later. Awful service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.

Avoid this company like the plague. I wanted to return an item but was told I would have to send it back to Shenzen in China and pay for the postage myself...for something that cost £28 in the first place and is pure tat, what's the point?

Overpriced rubbish (cheap plywood) that was broken when it arrived. Do not buy from them.

Shoddy product not as advertised and more than 3x price on Amazon. Looks like a store selling good quality items - should have read Trustpilot reviews before buying. Well burned sadly.

Dreadful company to deal with, complete scam, do not order anything from Home & Oak.
Exactly the same issues experienced as the other reviews here.

As others have said, not a UK company but just a front website for Chinese factotories no doubt. Chased after a few weeks, told to wait, chased again told it had been despatched, weeks later and nothing. Have started a chargeback via card company, but just save yourself the hassle and just AVOID.

Quick to take your money. Slow to deliver. Wanted to return the £28 item, (on their website it says full refund within 14 days - DON'T BELIEVE THEM). After 7 emails to get a response, 'VEE' finally got back to me after speaking to 'the management' saying they would give me a 10% refund. I wouldn't trust them not to fleece me when I gave them my bank details, so I didn't. I'm now stuck with a flimsy toy, that will probably fall apart after the first go.
PLEASE - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Overpriced Chinese tat

I fell for the idea of a fun toy and even received a message from Kim saying thank you for supporting their business, after I had placed an order.
The reality is that this is misleading and the order is sent from overseas by airfreight.
The game is cheap and shoddy, with vague instructions eg Blow up the balloon and seal with a clip - what clip?
Very poor value for money and I wish I had read the reviews first otherwise I would never have bought.
