The order was not delivered even after two months, and customer service keeps saying it will be delivered in 4-5 days. The company also refused to refund the order. It looks like a fraudulent company.

Ordered fat quarters for my wife and she's very happy with them.

Unbelievably poor customer service, outsourced and I feel sorry for them because that are clearly not equipped with information to support customer enquiries, just a sorry and let’s cross our fingers and wait and see.

Bought an ice-cream maker for the grandchildren for Xmas, of course it didn't arrive in time!
When it did arrive in was an American version 110volts.
Does to work in Ireland.
I have been in dispute with Homeloft ever since, they want me to spend 100 Euro shipping it back to the States! Remember I bought this on line from what pretended to be an Irish Company.
Stay well clear of these people.

I first seen this product on social media I thought I'd never get it in ireland ! low and behold I was able to purchase it I was delighted, the product is fantastic quality my garland looks amazing it arrived quickly and once custom duty was paid I had it up on my door.

My husband got an ARC glass butter dish with a cow or bull on the front, as a gift for me I was shocked when I realized what he had paid 46 euro madness, I've seen them retail in many places for 6 euro and 99 cent so how can any company justify 46 for the very same item, so I went on line and just looked at random items they sell and googled them else where and they're raised there price to ridiculous high levels I would never buy from here again we'll it was my husband but still he was well and truly ripped off I'm so so mad I'd like to know why this company think it's ok to charge so much almost 7 times what the item is worth I'd love an explanation as there prices are beyond the ridiculous he had got rid of the packaging and burned the invoice because it was going back I am so mad about this
