Shocking service!
Purchased two items they sent it to the wrong Wrong address other side of the country!
Tried ringing the store several times, but they kept telling me I had to speak to online team. Eventually they came back to me and told me I had to wait for the items to be returned before they will give me a refund..
This is totally unacceptable. It’s not my fault They sent it to the wrong person!
Called the number again and I’ll speak to a manager, spoke to some very rude man telling me to stop calling and he can’t help me !
Shocking experience.

Just received a mirror, packaged well but frame cracked down one side. Called to see what to do and was told manager on lunch and to call back! Not impressed.

1 Stern ist sogar zu viel für diesen Geschäft !!! Bestellte Wanduhr defekt!!! Retoure angefordert nie eine Antwort bekommen!!!! Auf keine Mail geantwortet!!! Auf keinen Fall was kaufen, wenn Sie Rückfragen zur Ihre Lieferung hätten werden sie nie eine Antwort erhalten!!! Unverschämt !!!

I bought a coffee table and a side table.After one week I received the side table but not a coffee table. I was waiting for 3-4 days and then I send them email to ask we’re is my coffee table. They never responded.After several emails finally responded and the told me my delivery is coming.From the 23rd September I place my order to today 10th October I received another side table!Very disappointed very frustrated I send another email because they don’t even have a phone number to call.

Do not buy this coffee mug, it is not 3D, mine arrived and it looks like a child made it. Oh how I wish I could post a photo of this mug, it is disgraceful. I have NSW Fair Trading Involved and my bank. They want me to return this mug to Macedonia, yes correct Macedonia for about $50 by sea which means they receive it after the time limit cut off for return. BUYER BEWARE-STAY CLEAR, VERY CLEAR.

Purchased these great set of drawers. Item arrived on time. Homeliving customer services were amazing and kept me up to date. Very happy with this purchase and will be purchasing the matching large drawers soon. Thank you.

Excellent service as usual. I bought three more modern black framed outdoor rectangular mirrors- they look fantastic in the garden and cost less than £100 each for a mirror approx 150cm by 60cm. That’s a really great price and they are really good quality.

after leaving a review here yesterday around not being able to get the company to send me details of how to retrun an item ,despite sending3 more emails today,just getting ignored

Ordered mirror, took payment from credit card. Didn’t get an order number or confirmation email, rang the number but it’s just an answering service. Was twice promised a call back but never received, email went unanswered. Now having to do a charge back from credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel für diese Firma, wir haben ein Tisch bestellt der nach drei Wochen schon die Farbe verloren hat und darauf hin habe ich es zurück geschickt und war alles gut Spedition hat alles als einwandfrei aufgeschrieben alles aber komischerweise schickte die Firma mir Dan Bilder zu das der Tisch sehr große Macken hatte und es kaputt sei. Bis es bei dene ankam war alles super und bei denen dann auf einmal kaputt. Lasst die Finger weg von dene die wollen das ich die volle Summe zahle für nichts und in meinem
Umfeld sind auch viele unzufrieden.

Overall a good experience. The furniture is excellent quality and did arrive within the 10-14 days timeline after requesting it to be expedited as we were going away. I did find communication a little difficult.

I will order more from this company, everyone love the console table in my hall way.

After much searching we found exactly what we were looking for at Home Living. One can never be too sure of the quality of good online but I read other reviews and took a chance. I am so pleased I did. The table is fabulous quality and it was at a great price. Home living kept us up to date in delivery which was very quick with the delivery guys ringing us an hour before arrival. Very impressed and I would strongly recommend using Home Living to others.

Ordered a TV unit on a 10 to 14 working days delivery, and within 7 days it was dispatched, very pleased with the delivery. We were provided tracking and on the day before given a 3 hour slot, then on the day received notification when 1 hour away and then when next delivery.

Really pleased with the tv unit, good quality, as described and shown on the website.

Only found this company as we were looking for a specific tv unit from Quirky Barn and found Home Living through google search, very pleased we found this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Great company to deal with, needed my order asap and they delivered my new sideboard ontime. Quality furniture at good price, definitely use again, thank you !

I'd give zero stars if I could. They lie to their customers that an item is in stock. My shower panel kit should have been delivered on 16th September. 3 weeks later and still no order. Terrible customer service. Chased up numerous times and just fobbed off with excuses. Delays with the courier, damaged in transit, and finally just flat out will not respond to your emails. Do not use this shody company. B&Q really should re-think their idea of how a 'trusted supplier' performs. Hopefully this review will stop another unsuspecting member of the public from making the same mistake I did.

Easy to order and swift despatch. Also important to support British Family business.
