Contact is Hard

While the process to get coverage was easy, receiving voice-to-voice contact has proven to be extremely difficult. The process was very transactional with no information explained or shared. I'm covered, but I don't even know how to submit a claim to this company. No one answers the phone and the general mailbox doesn't work...

They have a solid provider.

They have a solid provider of our insurance since we started our business 12 years ago. Checked with a couple other companies over the years and they're still on top!

Amazing service(Fast and respected).

Jason Miller went above and beyond at all times. He was perfect. Also I appreciate his patience. He understood everything in my need. He was very insightful and he ensured my comfort and satisfaction when I was struggling with deadline. And he was outstandingly responsive.
