From start to finish, the staff at Cover My Bubble were so supportive and friendly. Nothing was ever too much. Always able to be flexible with making evening calls, always just a phone call or email away to send out highly competitive quotes. Nothing was ever too much. Received 1st rate advice and now have fully comprehensive cover for all the family, including my husband who is classed as a high-risk group due to his work. We also also saving money each month due to Cover My Bubble reducing the previous costs. This gives us total piece of mind for the future. Highly recommend.

Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I took out an initial
Life Insurance policy to cover the mortgage. This Insurance company then decided to massively increase my premiums following a results of medical tests which turned out to not be accurate. Joanne then kindly assisted and did not give up until the matter was resolved - the original policy was cancelled and I now have the same cover with a different provider. The result of this was that I have ended up saving a huge £50 a month! Thank you Joanne ⭐

The Cover My Bubble team are just…
The Cover My Bubble team are just amazing! I used them for my life insurance, critical illness insurance and income protection at the end of 2025 and had the best experience. They really know their stuff and explain everything in a simple easy to understand way. I then used them again in July 2026 to make some changes to my life insurance and again, the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for advice on their insurance needs.

Cover my bubble is a wonderful company, and I have recommended that many people use them since finding out about them online. All members of staff I have dealt with have been wonderful. This has been quite a long process for me, as I was waiting for hospital test results when we first started looking at the insurance. Due to lost results at the hospital and various other things slowing it down, the staff at Cover My Bubble provided help along the way, reminders and prompts when needed and altogether did a wonderful job. Due to various health issues in the past, I wouldn't have felt confident that any cover I got alone would have been suffiecient, but with Charlotte's help and questions and her liasing with the underwriting team I am happy to finally feel properly covered. Thank you for your patience and help along the way!

Dealing with lost hospital results and delays is so incredibly frustrating, but we were determined to stand by your side through it all. We know how daunting it can be to look for insurance when you have past health issues, and trying to do it alone online just doesn't give you that security.

Impeccable Service
From the moment myself and my husband made contact with cover my bubble we have received fantastic service. From checking out current life insurance policy to advising us on a top up policy, right through to apply for the polices for us. They weren’t straight forward we had to wait for ongoing medical situation to be completed but not once did anything feel pushed/rushed. I am useless with this kind stuff and always think I will do it later. The team kept in touch with us regularly to check in and have been so amazing from start to finish.
