Had to leave disabled property 10year absolute nightmare flooded 40 times never replaced plasterboard ever in 10 years ,put in temporary accommodation with no heating or hot water for 9 months ,had to leave and give up tenancy disabled in wheelchair ,worst housing accosation ever should be removed from council listing, Adrian, Edinburgh

When you log on you provide your details, why do you then have to provide them all again, there is also a reference number allocated to your repair, it just seems like duplicating work and taking up more time.

I discovered an unexpected leak from the Condenser boiler which left me without hot water and no heating.
The issue was flagged up as an emergency repair by the Home Group operative to be fixed within a few hours.Thank you Reece for making this as uncomplicated and straightforward as possible
