This is the third time I have contacted Homegroup with the same issue. No action on first email to Customer Services, I was told they had no record! Second a live chat where I was informed someone would be in touch within 5 working days which didn't happen. Today I am told it has been escalated and someone will be in touch within 24 hours. If that doesn't happen it will be escalated further! Not happy

Can't arrange a major safety repair unless someone over 18 is available with in the next 6 hours. No provision at all for people who have to work and have children and no support network. Just awfully also wait over an hour on their so called fastest way to contact them.
