Absolutely horrible experience with home group scotland, dundee
Absolutely horrible experience trying to get them to deal with music blaring neighbours for over 4 month and still ongoing from april, they have been less than helpful. Completely ignore the noise app even though they tell you to use it and you send recordings for months. Wouldn’t trust them to run a sweetie shop. Avoid living under home group if you can.
Edit: jason i have been contacting homegroup since april 4th, im currently getting rubbered from my housing manager, waiting on a stage 2 complaint response from home group. Im done contacting yous and your reply is a joke, like i have just been sitting doing nothing and 4 months in i decide instead of contacting yous i do a trustpilot review like what? Try getting them to contact me more than once a week if im lucky.
