Excellent service. One plant was unavailable so I was contacted by phone to ask what I would like as a replacement. I was unsure so they helped greatly by recommending a suitable alternative. My sister was delighted with the beautiful plants for her new conservatory. The plants were delivered promptly, safely and in great condition. Will use again.

Ordered a pot and delivery was quick and the pot was well packaged. Definitely use again.

Placed order a week ago, advised goods despatched but still awaiting delivery.

I feel duty bound to say that there were mistakes made, and it ended up being a huge set of crossed wires. My initial reaction to the email offering me a discount was not what the supplier meant, and I can say, hand on heart, they did try to resolve this, and have actually already refunded me for the original purchase and I never asked for that, so I was wrong to publish what had happened. My original one star review was still a positive one, it's just a shame you cannot convey tone etc in an email, so thank you Richard, and my new review is based on his efforts to correct the situation. People on here know I rarely write a negative review, as our reviews are important, and I don't ever want to impact on a business in a negative way, so know this company do actually care about customer satisfaction, and will go out of their way to resolve any problems! I apologise for the confusion.

Delivery and packaging excellent. The small details on the bicycle was really good and all to scale. Would definitely purchase items again.
