Ordered item and received email confirmation. 2 days later received another email saying I was being refunded......no explanation nothing! I assume they didn't have the product that they advertised but did not have the courtesy to email to explain.

Updated review after consultation with the company. Super happy with my flame lamp that I placed in my old stove to give that flame effect. At 8w this is much better than burning environment damaging wood.

Unfortunately didn’t have what I ordered so had to be refunded. I can’t find one of the same anywhere else now and it was due to be a Christmas present for my mother in law 😭

Excellent service. One plant was unavailable so I was contacted by phone to ask what I would like as a replacement. I was unsure so they helped greatly by recommending a suitable alternative. My sister was delighted with the beautiful plants for her new conservatory. The plants were delivered promptly, safely and in great condition. Will use again.
