Chaotic delivery and shoddy customer service
Shoddy service. Large freezer arrived a day after they said it would. No timely communication about the change - received a text the day before stating the date and on the morning. Waited in all day (having taken time off work) and it was only when I called in the afternon I was told it would be the next day. Then told it would be 6pm next day. Ended up being 10am the next day. Chaotic. Made worse after I emailed and the customer rep accused me of refusing the original delivery and making this up despite the existence of text message evidence!
A totally trusted supplier
Having read all the customer reviews I recently bought a small upright freezer which seemed to very good value it arrived within two days and I was immediately impressed with the quality considering the price I paid however on closer inspection I noticed a small dent in the front panel, I contacted Homefeeling who immediately apologised and offered a replacement or a partial refund which I accepted and within hours I received confirmation that the refund had been issued. A great company to deal with and having recently had dealings with a couple of large and well known retailers who spent a lot of time and effort evading their responsibility this has restored my faith and I will certainly be using this company in future.

Recently (Jul2025) bought 2 Willow under-counter wine coolers. So far very pleased: good value and seems to keep well to the chosen temperature.
Would have awarded 5stars but fitting the bottles into the sliding beech trays is not as easy as one would like. Also, the capacity of 52 bottles is a little optimistic, especially with champagne bottles.

Easy to use website, ordered new electric hob,emails to update tracking info, delivered promptly,would use this company again.
Ordered Microwave
Ordered Microwave, came earlier then expected which was really pleasing but found out it was too small, so arranged return through Amazon which was quite easy .
Problems started via Evri when they did not up date their system, it took two weeks from dropping the microwave off at the shop to sending it back, so I can get my refund which is going to be another week
Also I have noticed this company don’t look at their Amazon account every often , messages do not get answered which caused a delay in processing my refund which I had to chase.

Neat wine/can drinks cooler, fits well under a work top, very quiet, easy to open door, however most importantly it has made space in the fridge which was taken up with bottles etc! Nice product.

I bought a drinks fridge -Willow 98ltr - from Homefeeling. The whole experience from the moment of purchase was excellent. Email communication at every stage was prompt and precise, the delivery was with a company called Furdeco. They continually updated their delivery information and timings to keep us informed. The courier was at pains to make sure he had put the item in the right room for us, so polite and helpful.
On unpacking we found some damage and emailed Home Feeling. They offered us a discount or replacement and we asked for the replacement. They have arranged a drop off and collection straight away.
We are so pleased with a) the quality of the product and b) the quality of the service that we have ordered another for our son.
