3 months ago, Sophia Yan from The Telegraph published Adiba Imtiaz's Fake Visa Documents in The Telegraph but the Home Office have failed to deport her back to Pakistan for illegally entering the UK.

Despite the fact everyone at the Home Office knows about her illegally entering the UK on Fake Visa Documents, the Home Office have let her apply for Asylum in the UK.
The Home Office is a broken mess & a system, which is not fit for purpose as they are enabling migrants such as Adiba Imtiaz to abuse & defraud the system for illegally entering the UK on Fake Documents without any repercussions!
The worse thing is Clinical Care Limited AKA Clinical Care Pharmacy/Medicine Drop based in Derby have illegally employed her as a Care Assistant between October 2024 - Present Day even though they know she illegally came to the UK on Fake Documents.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Missing UAN Number on ARD Application and Poor Customer Service
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the handling of my ARD application.
After submitting my application, I received an email instructing me to activate my TLScontact account using a UAN number and temporary password. However, no UAN number was provided in the correspondence, which has left me unable to proceed with my application.
When I contacted the Home Office for assistance, I was advised to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) in order to obtain my own UAN number. This is wholly unreasonable, as the lack of a UAN number is clearly due to an error on your side. A SAR request can take a significant amount of time to process, which unnecessarily delays my application through no fault of my own.
Furthermore, each time I have spoken with members of the nationality team, I have found them to be dismissive, unhelpful, and at times extremely rude. This has added considerable stress and frustration to an already difficult process.
I respectfully request that my UAN number be provided to me without delay so that I can proceed with my application. I also ask that this complaint be formally recorded, and that the poor standard of customer service I have experienced be addressed.

And they don't allow for complaint procedure. I wasted my time and money to apply for the nationality. The Home Office is so disgraceful.

The staff that oversee UK visas for citizens of Jamaica wishing to come to visit relatives are seriously on a power trip. What these people need to understand is, citizens of Jamaica are no longer coming to the UK like that. A majority of Jamaicans are going to America and Canada. The days when people really wanted to come here are over. The staff also need to stop assuming that when Jamaicans come here they won't return to their country. It really pissed me off when they're saying my niece is not going to return and my son who was sponsoring her is no relation at all. My niece is a married woman with 3 children the youngest being 11 years old, her mother is still alive. What would she do if she came here and ran off? She can't get married, she can't work and she only knows us. What the home office needs to do, is to get some real facts on what life is really like in Jamaica before they pass judgement. People get paid cash money when they work, no-one is really taking time to pay wages into bank accounts, and many employers do not pay NIS for their employees, so essentially you will not have a paper trail like in the UK. The biggest joke was when they said the money in my son's account, they couldn't verify it. When it comes to black people they will 99% of the time deny the visa. Also if the person processing your relatives application doesn't like the sound of them, they'll deny them just because they can. In my opinion many of their staff should be terminated because they're racists. Stop acting as if the UK is the be all and end all, it really isn't and besides it's easier to get an American visa.

The Home Office has deleted me out of the system for the last 20 years and still going present today when it concerns not only am I free from immigration control they still delete me and on top of that we were supposed to compensate my family for the fact that they’ve actually fight the World War I and all of the above as part of the Windrush this is where they deleted me in the Windrush and then not only when it concerns them compensated me they’ve also delete my birth paper of the system and their response to me was off the record you’ve been under the radar but yet so there’s so many bad news and bad things going on the press and nobody is out holding them accountable for their actions but I am holding the Windrush and all my face accountable for the racism that they’ve actually done and the crime that they committed and as I’m entitled to my compensation they refuse to give me my compensation to restrict me from work education and everything for the lastPlating any kind of help that I’m supposed to get. Waste of time
I got employed at a new company and they wanted proof of my settlement status. I gave them my share code and requested a letter for me to show them as proof. I have not received the letter yet and was trying to call to make sure there was nothing wrong with address and if they could send one more as it is very important. Have been trying to call for a few days, the first time I called, I waited in line for a bit more than 30 minutes and then I run out of credits. I added money in my phone and tried calling again, no space in line. I have been trying to call for days, no space in line. I woke up today on my day off work to call at 8 so i get in line, I pressed a number for emails, they said check online. If I could find an info online I would not be calling.
I called again and I was waiting in line for a WHOLE hour, only to run out of credit again as they do not answer the phone. It feels like they just want our money cause I spend 20 pounds in phone calls I did not get help from. A whole hour is absurd. Even the hospitals answer earlier than that. Overall, I am very annoyed, cannot solve my issue and I just hope I will have no issue with my current employer.
I understand that due to covid can be hard to work from home but they could create online access for people to go. Or even online advisors would be better to wait than the phone.

Я работаю и плачу налоги, не прошу никаких льгот и бенефитов.
В феврале 2020 пришло время подавать документы для получения статуса Settled. заполняем online, записываемся на биометрию :11 марта- все выглядит супер.
28 апреля получаю подтверждение, что моя заявка взята в работу.
Почти 2 месяца ( хотя обещают все вместе до недели), но да ладно думаю, напуганы вирусом.
В письме стандартно написано: спасибо, все получили, не звоните нам, если что-то будет надо мы с вами свяжемся.
И я поверила. Я дура!
Дальше я жду.Прошло 6 месяцев. В октябре я уже понимаю, что никаким вирусом это не объяснишь . Делаю первый запрос. Ответ-все хорошо, но ждите, мы так безумно заняты.
Потом ой! Мы забыли у вас спросить данные вашего мужа.
Оооо, тут я понимаю, что они не забыли, а забили на меня. Что я жду того, чего не получу! Ведь мне четко сказали: будет надо-запросим. А я послушная.
И тут ещё я их простила, ну может моя анкета затерялась( но обидно, если б я их не слушалась , а начала бить тревогу ещё в июне, возможно попала бы на похороны дорого человека, которые из-за них пропустила.
Вобщем , я писала им ещё 3 раза , но ответ пришёл ещё почти через 2 месяца. Ура! Победа?не тут то было😭
Статус мне присвоили через 8 месяцев, хотя в моем кейсе не было ни одного не понятного момента (вместо обещанной недели)но нужна же BPR.
Жду ... 10 дней нет, 20 нет. И нет ни трекинг номера . Ничего нет.
Начинаю писать .
Ответ: вы пишите не нам-пишите команде доставки.

Ответ автоматический: мы безумно заняты -может быть ответим через месяц, а если не ответим -пишите снова

Пишу повторно : через 2 недели долгожданный ответ:
Карта доставлена ещё месяц назад по такому-то адресу: адрес чужой! Не мой адрес!!!!!
Вы должны найти карту используя эти данные , если не найдёте-заполняйте все апликейшен снова.
После 10 месяцев ожидания????? Вы не нормальные?
Я бегу по этому адресу, где живет чужой человек, который не хочет особо общаться. Он мне рассказывает следующее:
Ходил, что то носили на неизвестное ему имя. Три раза он отвечал, что такой тут нет. Это подтверждается записями доставки: 3 раза пометка « невозможно доставить»
И что вы думаете? Курьер вернул карту отправителю? Нет
Он делает фото закрытой двери ( даже не конверта!) и пишет-доставлено.
От TNT я добиться большего не смогла-после того как на их вопрос « это ваша дверь» я ответила -нет! Они начали меня игнорировать, но я продолжаю им писать. Безрезультатно.
Начинаю звонить в Settlement Resolution centre.
Трачу на это 1час 50 минут и 35£. Звонки ТОЛЬКО платные . Из этого времени я поговорила с мальчиком, которы ничем не помог 7 минут!
Он сказал, что все записал и скажет старшим и вот они уже со мной свяжутся: при этом только по телефону! И я уже больше месяца сплю с телефоном, но мне никто, естественно , не звонит.
Я пишу запросы раз в неделю-но мне перестали отвечать даже дежурными фразами, только иногда автоответ: если вы потеряли карту: заполняйте все по новой и снова платите.
Итог: я назалнила уже на 150£
Я писала везде куда могла, без ответа.
Единственное объяснение : с меня просто выкачивают деньги за звонки без ответов.
Я не знаю что мне делать. Я себя чувствую абсолютно бесправной. Меня заставляют снова платить за ИХ ошибку. Я у них по-сути в рабстве. При этом , я обязана сообщить, что карта потеряна в течении 3 месяцев, или мне влепят штраф 1000£.
Но она не мной потеряна! Я ее не видела! Я потратила кучу денег и времени, что бы исправить Их ошибку.
А я key-worker!
Куда мне ? В суд? К журналистам? К MP?
То что вы делаете-это омерзительно!

Très déçu du produit. L'idée est excellente , oui mais pour un ordinateur de 11 pouces ! J'ai un 15 , et le support a tendance à basculer sur l'arrière! Vraiment dommage .Deux tailles de supports seraient les bienvenues .

Concernant le produit, je ne peux juger la qualité et l'utilisation de celui-ci étant donnée que je n'ai pas reçu ma commande. J'ai donc fait une réclamation auprès du revendeur via PayPal. La gestion du suivi de l'incident a pris un certain temps (les délais de réponse ont parfois été longs) mais j'ai tout de même reçu un remboursement de ma commande à ma demande.

produit mal présenté(taille, possibilités d'emploi)....de ce fait le support est trop petit pour un portable supérieur à 15"...l'ordinateur est en balance sur le support...
