Great service received on the chat line, they helped me describe the item I was looking for without any part number or reference, it was sold out and they were great enough to offer to order it for me. They contacted me again within a few days letting me know that I could order it and the order and delivery was seamless. Great job!!

We would have gladly assisted you with a refund or replacement, as per our Terms of Service. You reported the item as faulty, and we explained that—just like with any other supplier—we first need to receive the item back to have it tested. You agreed to return it, and since then, we've reached out over 10 times via phone and WhatsApp to help facilitate the return. Unfortunately, we have not received the item back or had any further communication from your side.
