Great customer service and service overall
Honestly the best, placed my order on the 06th of March and it arrived 9th of March. Customer service is great, all the questions I had were answered and resolved quickly.

Replacement of a freezer draw

Homecraft were so quick with my order
Homecraft were so quick with my order. I urgently needed the top freezer drawer and they helped get it to me. I didn't know where to find the model number of the fridge and I was guided on how to find it. They attended to my query after hours. They didn't have stock of the item but by 3pm the next day, they had it available for me and I was able to place the order and pay for it . I placed my order after 3pm that day and by the next afternoon, I received the item. Definitely recommend Homecraft for they efficiency and promptness.
