I purchased 3 Doodleglow boards for my 3 grandchildren. One arrived damaged with loose wiring, therefore not fit for purpose. Emailed them with my issue. Just receive repeated generic emails saying a ‘human’ would be in touch ! 7 weeks have passed and still nothing from them. Wish I’d never supported the Company, bad Customer Service.
Bought the doodle glow product on line! Tracking was terrible, they never answered any emails so I never knew if I was receiving it for Xmas! To top it all the box it came in was terrible! Bunch or parts in a scabby card board box with no instructions
The product (Balloon Battlers) took ages to arrive and when it did - in a flimsy cardboard box - it was broken. Luckily I was able to repair the damage with a blob of glue and some patience, as the returns policy is terrible and I would have had to pay postage on top of what I have already spent. There was no internal packaging inside the box at all - no storage box for the toy which I had intended to be a gift for my grandson, and just a thin sheet of badly translated instructions. To be honest I would have been embarrassed to give it to my grandson looking like that, so we will just keep it to be used as a diversion on a rainy day. The toy is OK but hardly a work of art, and at the price (over £30 including postage) it's a rip off and I feel foolish for buying it when I saw it advertised on Instagram. Don't ever use this company!
