I used Holroyds to sell my house and they recommended various other services e.g. solicitors and mortgage advisors. I found that they could offer everything I needed to sell my house and purchase my new property really helpful and all the services Iv used have been great. Sarah in particular has been amazing and helped me navigate through my finances and new mortgage deal. Sarah was was always approachable, friendly and really put me at ease!! Looking forward to the next stages of completion now and getting the keys to my new home in the next few weeks!!

Helpful, communicative and friendly

Thankyou, Charlotte was just amazing could not have asked for more. Had a very difficult seller and onward chain (made difficult by day and co) but Charlotte & the team at holroyds keighley did an amazing job always busy working on it chasing things up. Can't thank Charlotte for the amount of work she's put into this purchase for us.

Disappointed with the Service this astate Estate Agents

I don’t usually post things like this, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this astate agent regarding my property in Arncliffe Road regarding the sale of my house.

I chose this agency partly because of their promise to actively promote properties through social media — a tool I know can make a real difference. Unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing.

Over Easter, they had a Facebook glitch affecting the visibility of my listing — but I wasn’t informed. No one called to explain the issue, and no one followed up to tell me when it had been resolved. I had to chase them myself just to stay updated.

What’s more frustrating is that even after lowering the asking price from £195,000 to £185,000, I’ve seen both prices still showing on Facebook I had to call the office to let them know It’s confusing for buyers, and it makes me wonder who is actually checking these listings.

Poor communication and basic mistakes like these are unacceptable when you’re trusting someone with your biggest asset. I’m seriously considering taking my property off the market in July if things don’t improve.

If you’re thinking about selling, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about how your listing will be managed — and holding agents accountable if they don’t deliver.

Purchased a property via holroyds and the condition the property was left was absolutely disgusting. overflowing outdoor bins, dog poo all over the garden, cabinets and storage left in the property as well as several other issues. overall it was a horrible experience as a first time buyer - when we complained to holoryds about the state of the property that was left they were less than helpful and essentially did not take any responsibility as the intermediary

Bobbi at Holroyds at the Keighley branch was fantastic. I was buying my first property after 11 years of renting and I had no idea where to start. Along with a mortgage advisor and Bobbi’s communication, the transaction of buying my first property went really smoothly and completed in just over 3 months! Any questions that I had or any processes that I was unsure of, I would send Bobbi an email and she was get straight back to me - communication is key! Also she did chase up the solicitors for me and kept me informed if there were any actions to be taken by myself.
First class first from Holroyds in Keighley!

Bought my first home through holroyds and they were great. Bobbi and all the other staff i talked to were all really lovely and helpful. 10/10 on that front! :)

My only criticism would be that the conveyancers that holroyds recommended. They turned out to be more expensive than i was expecting (the way their fees form was formatted made me think certain items were a breakdown of a the overall charge, rather than additional charges. This interpretation may have been partly due to my inexperience with house buying, and generally being a bit of a numpty, but getting told the actual charge was still a nasty surpise that could have been avoided with a clearer form)

Charlotte at Holroyds really helped and supported us throughout buying our first home and we couldn’t be anymore grateful. Nothing was too much trouble or a silly question. Buying our first house made us feel very nervous and the process felt forever, but because everything went smoothly and Holroyds were always on top of everything it made the process feel at ease and stress free. Massive Thankyou to Charlotte and the team for everything.

I had a great experience buying my house with Holroyds. From sending a request to view the house on rightmove right through to completion! I met with Bobbi at the house and fell in love with it, I think she could see I was excited but kept me calm and said we would talk on Monday. She made the negotiation easy and from there kept me upto date! The sale went through much quicker than I expected. I also found the whole mortgage world very confusing so I worked with James to organise my mortgage and insurance.
It was all a very positive experience for me, both Bobbi and James made the whole process seem simple and relatively stress free ;) Thank you! And I love my house!

From the first viewing with Lee, until the day I collected the keys for my very first house, the process with Holroyds Bingley was professional, seamless and friendly.

I really couldn’t have had a better experience being a very nervous first time buyer, and I would like to personally thank Emma for all her hard work and dedication provided, to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible for me, explaining everything in detail so I understood the process, and also for all her reassurance throughout. Emma is a true credit to Sequence/Holroyds Bingley and I am so grateful to have had my first time buyer process made so much more enjoyable and less stressful due to her.

The little gift I received on completion was also a lovely touch and really made my day. Lee was also fantastic and attentive throughout the process especially during the viewing stages and following completion/collection of my keys with my numerous follow up emails and questions about the house.

I bought my first home with Holroyds and I was looked after every step of the way. The service Holroyds was top notch, from arranging viewings, answering our queries and appointments with our mortgage advisor Emma (Who if you need any mortgage advise or anything chasing up, she is the one to go to). Despite some delays with our onward chain, the team kept us in positive spirts and kept us updated every step of the way.

I bought my first home with Holroyds, and they have been fantastic. Charlotte looked after me and my seller throughout the process, despite countless delays due to solicitors, Charlotte kept in touch on a weekly basis and emailed constantly to ensure liaison between everyone in our chain. There was always a friendly member of Holroyds team to pick up any enquiries I had, and the entire process would have taken far longer had it not been for Charlotte’s diligence, determination and commitment to getting our house move through. When I come to sell/buy in the future I will most definitely be using Holroyds!

We sold our previous house and bought the new one using holroyds. We had some issues with the solicitors from the buyers side holding things up. Holroyds were brilliant at chasing this to get us updates.

On the actual moving date there were more delays and Sam worked beyond closing time plus drove out of her way to deliver the keys to us at the new house at gone 6pm. We would never have got in without her.

I will forever be grateful for this company, without them this wouldn't have been possible. They went above and beyond and never failed to give the best advice to me and my family. All the staff were extremely helpful. Samantha and especially James. They made my dream house a reality. So once again thank you so much to them and I will always recommend these guys to everyone!

Currently selling my house with Holroyds, had another local estate agent valuation prior to selling with Holroyds, felt that Samantha Heslop who came to value my property fully explained everything and the marketing of the property was great. All the team at Holroyds have been really pleasant and helpful to deal with, my house is currently sold subject to contract and it only took 6 weeks to sell. Holroyds have kept in touch every step of the way 😊
