I put these guys through their paces before booking a 30 night stay in Thailand for me and my daughter - They were very accommodating and had a great sense of humour and I'm very impressed with their service and prices. They even added in a day trip free of charge and walked myself through every step of the booking process.

Excellent service
Booked our holiday to Thailand with Nick, he was very knowledgeable and advised us what would work best as we are doing a multi trip. He was really helpful making sure all the dates were correct as we are going away for a special birthday. It was really easy and straightforward booking. The hotels he advised us on look amazing.

Excellent service from Holiday…
Excellent service from Holiday Sensation from start to finish. Everything was organised professionally , and the booking process was easy and secure. I also received follow-up phone calls to make sure all the holiday details were correct, which was very reassuring.
We weren’t keen on one of the hotels originally booked, and our agent changed it quickly and without any hassle. They even went above and beyond to arrange a Scottish departure flight for us when the original flight was from elsewhere in the UK.
Friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Holiday Sensation again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free holiday booking experience.

Nick was so helpful
Nick was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made tweaks where we changed our minds or had to adjust timings and destinations. The service was so quick and responsive, we knew every step of the way what was happening our holiday has many stages and we were apprehensive about moving so much. Completed our 14 day holiday booked…
Completed our 14 day holiday booked with Alex Knott through Holiday Sunsation - 7 days Sri Lanka with 7 days at Siyam World maldives.
Our initial plans had to change due to UAE situation, Alex was very supportive and guided us with our options. We opted to change from dubai to sri lanka. We have always wanted to explore sri lanka which then turned into a mini tour over 7 days, the hotels Alex chose were amazing..... the views were out of the world and the location for what we wanted to do was on point! We had one hiccup at a hotel however Alex was available to help immediately and resolve the situation. Our transfers went very well, the transition between sri lankan and maldives went very smoothly.
Our 7 days at siyam world were pure bliss, we stayed in lagoon villa as promotion allowed free upgrade at time of booking. The food (including plant based options in all restaurants), the service, our ambassador and facilities were brilliant. All in all this was a holiday of a lifetime, many memories and bucket list moments achieved!
