I had an issue with my Volvo, and called up Holden to see if they could help. I've been in and around customer service for 25 years and Kelly-Marie was outstanding. She explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. I felt very comfortable asking 'stupid' questions and feel reassured that my car is in good hands. Thank you for making the experience something which stood out in an ever increasing 'robot' world.

Ron was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to sort out a technical issue. He phoned me back, as appointed and was very helpful.

Contacted Holden Kia Norwich to arrange a service and MOT via the online booking form and had a call back shortly after from Customer Care Hub Advisor Ron Eskdale. Ron was absolutely brilliant on the phone - polite, organised, easy to speak to, and very helpfully answered my questions about collection and confirmed my booking. Perfect!

Needed to book a service. Had seen good reviews on Google search. Clear explanation of how to keep warranty, clear outline of costs and very pleasant telephone manner. Service booked in without any difficulty and follow up confirmation quick.

I called and spoke to Samantha to get a car booked in at your Kings Lynn branch. It could not have been easier. Nothing was too much trouble , two minutes on the phone and an email confirmation followed.

Spoke to Ron Eskdale to arrange for my car to have a software update. Ron was very helpful and arranged a date and time that was suitable to me. A text confirmation of the appointment was sent to my mobile immediately. Very happy with the service received.

Booked in for a service by Ron who went through everything very carefully and suggested a lower cost service would be sufficient and spent some time researching my specific Volvo model to advise it was not necessary to replace the cam belt yet as I was under the mileage - so thank you for putting good service and honesty before profits!

I have been a Holden Renault customer for many years and it has always been a pleasure to be helped by Matt Buttle. He is knowledgeable and current with the latest information and vehicle updates from Renault, he is also one of the very few men on the customer service side of the automotive sector who does not assume I know nothing because I am female, quite the opposite. I would say that as a whole, the men working for Holden Renault do not take it for granted that you know nothing about cars, unlike some other manufacturers. I also appreciate it when I can have a laugh with Matt and a bit of gentle banter, I have always enjoyed this.

Quick efficient service from Samantha Fuller today, who helped schedule a fix following a recall. Samantha was able to answer all the questions I had, great customer service.

Received an email from Renault regarding a required check on our car. Called Norwich and was rapidly given an appointment.

Booking my service and MOT was very easy and Lisa who assisted with the call was lovely to speak to and very helpful
