I had a puncture in a front tyre, and after taking it to my local tyre repair centre, was told that it could not be repaired because the tyre tread had been partly scrubbed off as the wheel must have been out of alignment. The centre could not obtain a replacement tyre in time for me to travel a 200 mile journey the following day. With a tyre that presumably was now dangerous and illegal, I contacted Holdens that morning, explained the situation and expected a reasonable service there, as this was the second car I had obtained from them, and had always had those cars serviced there. I was told they could not fit it in for a further 4 weeks! But I only wanted a tyre change and not a full engine overhaul! I then spoke to the sales team who had sold me the car, expecting some help from them, but I was told they could not supply the tyre within the timescale, and suggested I ring round various city tyre services to get the job done. Bear in mind that once when they were servicing my car and it needed a new tyre, it was obtained and fitted within that service period. I appreciate that they cannot stock every type of tyre, but they obviously had a reliable source who could supply a tyre as needed. Now that I had to travel 200 miles to Sussex the following day, I had no option but to use a temporary sealant which probably was not legal, nor was the tyre for the journey ahead. Once in Sussex I managed to obtain a replacement tyre from a very helpful service centre so that I was at least legal for my return journey.
I find that extremely disappointing service from Holdens from whom I had expected much better.

Called Holden Volvo Norwich today to arrange annual service. Got through easily and spoke to a very friendly and efficient Ron Eskdale. Very helpful, covered off all of the options, gave prices and made booking very easy. I wish dealing with others businesses was this straighforward.

Booked my service plan service, with MOT. Easy to do with a courteous advisor called Ron. Ive always felt a valued customer at Renault Holden.

This is the second time that I have raised an issue with my vehicle with Holden Renault Norwich, On both occassions my query has been dealt with by Samantha Fuller. Sam has been extremely courteous and professional in dealing with my issues. She is very pleasant and respectful and a credit to Holden.

The automated booking system just did not work on the Monday so I rang up instead and spoke to a lady on the Wednesday- a much better method of communication.
The lady was very helpful and managed to log in to the car's history with Volvo Norwich and advised me to have a major service. We also talked about the brake fluid and coolant replacement and these were added to the schedue of work. We then booked the car in for service on 14th May with a hire car added to the list.
Much, much better than dealing with an impersonal automated system.

Very friendly and professional service from Samantha Fuller this morning when I called to book a MOT for my XC60. Called me back with information on cost of replacement tyres very promptly, as promised.

I was driving back home from Yarmouth when Mathew Buttle foned. He was very helpful in helping me sort out a service date and time for my Dacia Stepway.

Lisa was very friendly and helpful. I noticed there was more availability in coming weeks than there ever has been when booking in for a service before.

Spoke to Matt at Holden Renault and booked a service he made the process easy and was friendly, polite and professional throughout.

Received an e-mail from Renault re re-call of my Clio for fuel pump control sensor update. Rang Holden Renault Norwich (not Kings Lynn as instructed by Renault HQ). I spoke to Matthew Buttle on the service desk who arranged a mutually convenient date for this work to be undertaken. Matthew was very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Well done, nice touch.

Samantha gave me a call today to book my Volvo in for a service I found her her very efficient, bubbly and importantly easy to understand. A pleasant 5 minute phone call.

Excellent customer service provided by Ron Eskdale when booking a service and MOT. Polite. Efficient. Even called me back as promised when a couple of out of date details were identified. Great service all finished off with a text and email as confirmation.
