Having received a reminder notice from Holden Honda (Norwich) today that my car was due a service and MoT in the next month, I called the number provided and was put through to the Service Desk. I was put in contact with Lisa Henry, the Customer Care Hub Advisor. Lisa was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I was able to make the necessary arrangements quickly and without fuss. I was able to make an appointment for the precise time and date that I wanted. I would recommend Holden Honda in Norwich very highly indeed. I used their services last year for the same reason and received the same great service (no pun intended). Thank you Lisa!

Lisa Henry was very polite and helpful while I was booking my car in for a service and m o t she gave me a few different times I could bring my car in and also told me what time I would be able to pick my car up which was very handy so thank you Lisa it was a pleasure talking to you 😃👍

I have just been contacted by Sam from Renault Holden in Norwich who has transferred my service plan from Essex to their branch she was very helpful and the transfer was completed with ease plus the car has been booked in for its 1st service in September, thankyou for your help Sam.

The friendly and professional Lisa at Holdens soon made a convenient booking for my car to be serviced. The call was answered quite quickly. My questions were well answered from my vehicle’s service at the dealers. The appointment cost, length of time required, and other details were all discussed and a suitable date and time agreed and verified by email. I could not ask for a more friendly and efficient answer to my request.

I telephoned Holden to make an appointment for my first service for Kia Sportage. Ron introduced himself and remembered me from previous visits as always he was polite and did his job politely and efficiently.

Response to the the phone call was quick, no waiting in queue. The call handler was very helpful resulting in the booking being made for a very convenient time. Overall very good Booking process.
