He answered all all questions and arranged lift back to Norwich and agreed collection time.Then set up air con service.
He finally set up option to renew service plan should I wish to go ahead in June.

Made Quick call to book service and MOT for KIA Picanto. Ron handled the process very politely and efficiently.

Booked a service on-line and MOT for Monday 11th 2026 but had a call from Ron Eskdale explaining there was no MOT slots that day he was very apologetic and said there was availability on Thursday 14th 2026 and sorted me a good time 10-30am for me to bring vehicle to Holdens I thanked him for quickly sorting this out in a verry pleasant and informative manner.

Phone answered immediately, spoke to Ron who knew about my service history, explained the cost and nature of the survey required and was able to offer me a convenient time slot!
