Jude was the agent who showed us around a property we had interest in, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though our viewing was late at 17:30 we never felt rushed. He made sure we had as much time and information as we needed. It was a breath of fresh air to actually be able to have a late evening viewing and feel like we weren’t just rushed out.

I bought a house through the Long Eaton branch of Holden Copley so I can't comment on the selling process but Melissa and Ben were helpful and responded quickly throughout the purchasing process.

We found the customer service to be excellent and communication was really easy - either by phone, email or using the Street App. The whole process, from valuation, advertising, accompanied viewings and sales progression went really smoothly and the team at Holden Copley, West Bridgford branch, supported us through the whole process.

Honestly the best estate agents I have dealt with. I was the buyer on this occasion and they were friendly, honest and never failed to respond to me and usually immediate. They made the transition as easy as it could be. A credit to the company. Esta and Lianna were fantastic. There’s simply nothing negative to say.

Holden Copley were great from start to finish. We sold twice with then. Unfortunately first time round the buyers pulled out but the were quick to get us back to market and people through the door. But the cherry on the cake has to be Lianna. Not only is she on the ball when it comes to gathering information and pushing you forward to that completion date but she’s also down to earth and so easy to get on with. I would recommend Holden Copley just based on my interactions with Lianna and the knowledge she holds. Thank you

I was able to view properties by proxy of my daughtet through video link on smartphone The agents guiding us were truly informative patient and helpful.They were honest and frank without being rushed or in anyway overbearing
.The office staff were efficientand cooperative making things run smoothly and coordinating when another wasout of the office.
Altogether a pleaaant and satisfying experience.

Not impressed! I found the agent who came to value my property came across condescending. I wasn’t impressed when he got out his laptop to show me what other similar properties in the area were selling for. Who cares as the properties he was referring to didn’t match our property. I got the impression he was after a quick sale to add to his list. We have decided to hire an independent estate agent who gave us a more personal touch.

My sales progressor was very helpful at every stage of my mother's house sale. Nothing was too much trouble.

Sheryl was excellent through what turned out to be a very difficult exchange/completion process. She communicated very well and was patient while remaining professional

Patience is the key, Holden were patient with my house to sell for the best possible price . Other Estate Agents may claim they can sell your house cheaper but this is a false saving as they may end up selling your house cheap…! Holden may sell very quickly but if not don’t be disappointed as be confident they will sell.
