We are riding the high of completion after a lengthy process with a chain. The team at Holden Copley West Bridgford, from those in the office to Karen on the progressions team, have been wonderful. Karen especially was engaged throughout, having weekly catch ups with our solicitors to keep things moving and pushing everything in the right direction.

I’d recommend Holden Copley to anyone needing to buy or sell.

We had a wonderful experience with HoldenCopley during our first property purchase in the UK.

We would especially like to thank Lewis from the Long Eaton office, who arranged our first viewing, helped coordinate the survey appointment, and assisted with the necessary paperwork and checks at the early stage of the process. His support helped us get started smoothly.

We would also like to thank Jasmine for her excellent support throughout the later stages of the purchase. She was very professional, responsive and kept communication flowing between the solicitors, the sellers and ourselves. She always kept us updated and helped make the completion process much easier and less stressful.

As first-time buyers, we had many questions and were unfamiliar with the UK buying process, but both Lewis and Jasmine were patient, helpful and supportive throughout.

Holden Copley (Hucknall branch) handled the sale professionally. The whole listing and sale process was handled well through all stages. The interim updates were timely and relevant. Overall, I was very happy with the process. The sale was managed by the Hucknall branch however, the support from the Arnold branch was of a similar high standard. In my view, you cannot beat a physical estate agent.

Jude was the agent who showed us around a property we had interest in, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Even though our viewing was late at 17:30 we never felt rushed. He made sure we had as much time and information as we needed. It was a breath of fresh air to actually be able to have a late evening viewing and feel like we weren’t just rushed out.
