Incredible experience at Glasgow Audio helped the team helped me pick out my first MC cartridge and pre amp then when I went to pick it all up they even fitted the cartridge to my turntableand even helped me to the car with it all .

Brilliant Customer Service
Despite requesting a refund due to a backorder beyond their control, they have been prompt in issuing it and helpful in the store while selecting items. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Great staff & exceptional value
All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, they gave some good advice to help make my decision on the purchase. I must highlight Anna she was very helpful and the package she put together is great. The products on offer are great value compared with others. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, helpful, friendly service. The manufacturer included the wrong remote control with the CD player but this was immediately replaced by Holburn. My initial questions regarding setup and compatibility were answered.

From the very start, Glasgow Audio have been completely professional and supremely helpful. After a long chat about my needs and budget, Anna set up an impressive range of items for my demo, going above and beyond what I had asked for. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provided superb advice and ideas to help me get to perfect solution. When it came to installation, Alain could not be faulted - again hugely knowledgeable, skilled and careful - the utmost professional. I'm more than delighted with the system, service and support I've had from Glasgow Audio and would happily recommend them to anyone - no matter what your needs or budget

Website was good to use
Website was good to use, however the delivery time quoted was misleading in saying 2-4 days. It actually took nearer 10 days to receive my package and it never came by the carrier that I was expecting.
I think I would have been better collecting direct from the shop.

“I don’t want to spend a fortune……”
The guys at Holburn Hi Fi were fantastic from start to finish. Explained everything clearly and in simple terms which I really appreciated as I was lost amongst all the info I had seen online. I wanted a decent set up without getting too carried away. There was no hard sell and certainly an understanding of my budget. I can’t recommend Holburn Hi Fi highly enough. Thanks to Ian, Sam and Christian.

Great Service and Honest Advice
One of the few audio companies still left that take time and care to help match your requirements and budget to their carefully selected products rather than simply trying to sell you their highest margin products or trying to convince you that snake oil is not in fact snake oil!!
