A truly enjoyable experience, it was the most relaxing part of my day. It surpassed my time in undergraduate studies by far.

Incorrect Masters Hood was sent, not once but twice. Third time lucky for the correct one, but the stitching still wasn't quite straight on one side of the hood, misaligned & doubled over, but not too noticeable. Too much hassle to correct and return. A shame, as generally communication had been good.
[EDIT update: Evess did reach out after reading the review to address the issues and offered a suitable resolution. While I was under no obligation to update saying so, it is to their credit that they acted upon learning of the additional issues. It is pleasing they opted to reach out and make right. Thank you.]
