They took my ATM card and used it…

They took my ATM card and used it without my permission.

They will sometimes make it so that it is only your ATM card you can use to make payment. Once they get the card they start using it to debit your bank account without your permission.
And they don't give refunds. so even if you cancel, your money is gone.

Why is it ur policy to pay with client card without client consent

Technical response is not OK, u take time to respond and u close the ticket when u like.

The question is why would our payment registered on ur system and deduct pay at due date, without our consent. At startup we should be informed. U don't tie someone's account to urs and deduct when u feel it's due. What is the client haven't paid for such services u them use ur client money to sustain his own client.

And I have all my application down and it's 5 days already. DID I MAKE THE WRONG DECISION BY CHOOSING YOU GUYS?

These guys have zero empathy for business, and I am definitely escalating this.

You opened a support ticket regarding the domain order, and our team was already engaging you. As a new domain reseller, we requested confirmation on whether the domain registration was a test order so we could determine the appropriate resolution.

To clarify the facts:

. Your HoganHost wallet was funded with ₦16,000
. The domain ordered costs ₦18,189
. The system correctly applied your wallet balance and charged the remaining ₦2,189 to . complete the order
. The domain was successfully registered and activated
. All charges were displayed and confirmed before order completion

Refund Policy
Registered domains are generally non-refundable, in line with industry standards.
However, HoganHost does offer domain refunds under specific conditions, which are clearly outlined here:

This site is a scam, they charge you money in advance and then suspend your site.

I hired the site a month ago, first of all it works very slowly, their servers are excessively slow. But I tried, I paid for a month for about 4 dollars. Not even 15 days passed and they charged me for 2 more months at the same time. That is, 8 dollars more. I complained and they said it was a system problem that they would credit me the 8 dollars in future credits. And the next day they suspended my server. Stealing my 8 dollars plus the 4 dollars from the first month that was not fulfilled. According to them, they suspended it because my site has more than 20 GB of space, but it says unlimited storage. So they are scammers.

Bad and slow server, Little or no support team

Bad and slow server, they had database issue, which deleted my subdomain, and folders from my Cpanel, the site is loading but I can find the directory, they don't have WhatsApp or telegram support, their email support takes days to respond. I don't recommend them to anyone. Very bad platform.
