We take delivery issues extremely seriously and they are always investigated thoroughly. In this case, however, the available evidence shows that the parcel was delivered correctly.
We also note that this reviewer account has posted mostly negative reviews for multiple other businesses.
This order was shipped via TikTok’s logistics system using Royal Mail. The proof of delivery photo confirms the parcel was placed at the customer’s porch at the correct GPS verified location. Because of this, TikTok Logistics declined the refund request.
If the parcel was stolen after delivery, Royal Mail requires a crime reference number for further investigation, and we are happy to assist once that is provided.

The place to go for trading cards
Buying from HOC is always a great experience, I'm a repeat customer after a memorable first time purchase where I received everything packaged well and in a very timely manner including some additional freebies that the seller generously included to help me with my collecting. Never had any need for additional support myself but i've seen others receive excellent customer service from this business and any problems resolved professionally and efficiently. 10/10 will be buying again
