I have tried to contact TCG as the order I placed with them has still not arrived after over a month. There has been no reply to this, so I guess I've just been scammed. Buyer beware.

Honestly has to be the worst experience of purchasing pokemon cards take your money for pre order stock

A MONTH AFTER ITEMS SHOULD OF BEEN DELIVERD

They use the excuses that they run out of stock and or not reply to emails for weeks and weeks after you should of had your delivery and then when you air your problems they get defensive and returned my payment for 20 etbs luckily for me as there are many that have not got there money back
As i was going to call the bank to get my money back DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP

Had a few hiccups with my order but that was due to outside factors snd the team was very quick to help when possible and very communicative! Cannot thank them enough for helping and being transparent about delays. The apology extra was an extremely pleasant suprise and it is now on display on my desk will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Pre-ordered 3 items.
When the items were released it was seen that they are scalpers prices, requested a refund.

Due to the pre-order being used as the sale date rather than when the item is shipped.

They will not refund as more than 30 days has passed.
It took over a week for them to refuse the refund, and only after I had gone to the credit card company to open a dispute.

I ordered some packs as a new player getting into the hobby in preparation for my first ever in-person TCG event on the weekend, there was an issue with express shipment but when I contacted the team they were really helpful at sorting out the issue and welcoming!

Went of of thier way to send me my order.

Helpful and responsive when I had questions about my order and a little extra suprise when the order arrived.
Would use again .

Fantastic service. Pre-ordered an item and the a couple of weeks after wanted something else too and they sorted out the whole order to arrive for the release date of the pre-order. Spot on. Thank you so much! Will definitely keep using you!
