I was nervous about selling my jewellery this way . It was professionally handled from start to finish . It was quick and I would have no hesitation to use them again. It was a fair price as well .

Mr Tran responded to my initial enquiry quickly and efficiently. He offered me a next day appointment at his London office where he appraised my rings. He was very personable and polite and took a good deal of care making sure he could give an accurate appraisal. We agreed a price and payment was made within 2 hours. Can highly recommend!

I received a prompt response and excellent service throughout including the return of the ring as I decided the sentimental value was greater than the financial value. Although it didn't bring H Lawrence any business their help was efficient and friendly from start to finish
