Min upplevelse av Hjärtgruppen har tyvärr varit oprofessionell redan från start. Informationen var otydlig, registreringen krånglade, och kommunikationen fungerade inte bra. När jag senare tackade nej till ett pass eftersom jag varit bortrest upplevde jag bemötandet som ifrågasättande istället för förstående. Sammantaget gav processen inget seriöst intryck och oprofessionellt.

Edit update: They've asked me to remove this review, claiming it's about the wrong company — it's not, they share the logo, company name , registration number and the address but this is about their webshop specifically (not their courses, which I have no experience with). Followed up by an email and they were sorry I had a bad experience with a purchase of ~80€ but they think I should distinguish between the webshop and the courses and not tarnish the whole establishment over some stethoscope membranes they couldn't deliver on. A waste of my time to have to clarify this.

I bought stethoscope membranes and paid for express delivery (promised 1-2 business days). 27 hours later, with no shipping confirmation, I canceled and ordered from a competitor — who shipped within 2 hours as promised. I still hadn't heard anything beyond the initial order confirmation from Hjärtgruppen, and no communication since they accepted my cancellation — until now, when they asked me to remove this review, claiming it was for the wrong company. It isn't. And their attitude about it is a bit off too. Their webshop still offers these membranes.

For me it was just a minor inconvenience — I could use another stethoscope at the clinic in the meantime. But this level of unreliability isn't acceptable for a medical supplier. Don't promise delivery times you can't keep.

The product was marked in stock, and the delivery time promised was 1-2 days. I ordered express delivery, and only got a confirmation. When I had no confirmation of shipment 27h hours later I asked to cancel the order and ordered from another supplier (who shipped two hours later, as promised). Still haven't heard anything more than that initial confirmation of order.
So they have delayed my shipment by little more than 1day. In this case it wasn't a biggie only a nuisance, but this is not the level of dependability you need from a medical supplier. It's irresponsible and wasteful of peoples time to make promises you can't make good on.

Mycket givande utbildning, hade riktigt kul och lärde mig mycket. Nöjd

Väldigt duktig och erfaren instruktör, som kunde prioritera vad som verkligen var viktigt att ha koll på. Kul att kunna få exempel från riktiga hjärtstopp. Rekomenderas varmt!

Jätte bra kurs, jag är nöjd.

Det var jätte kul och lärorikt. Det var så kul att man skulle vilja gå en gång till. Det var en jätte bra föreläsare

Anlitade Hjärtgruppen för att genomföra en utbildning inom L-ABC inkl. HLR på kontoret. Utbildaren, Teodora Gardovic, gjorde ett mycket proffsigt genomförande av utbildningen.

Mycket givande utbildning, hade riktigt kul och lärde mig mycket.

Mycket väl genomförd HLR utbildning med kunnig och pedagogisk instruktör. Rekommenderas /Nordiska Klinikens sjuksköterskor, operationssjuksköterskor och undersköterskor

Mycket kompetent utbildare, det var mycket lärorikt och trevligt att gå A-hlr kursen!

Detta var 10 gången jag går en HLR kurs och måste säga att denna är den bästa jag varit på.
Jordnära, tydlig och bra information, som stärkte självförtroendet att man klara HLR om man någon gång måste använda kunskapen .
