Terrible service. Booked a service and was told my boiler wasn't working at all, but still charged for the service. The boiler was working fine the next day. When I complained and asked for the service to still be carried out, I was told I would be charged again for another visit.

Harry, is a diamond, I trust him to give the best advice, he gives realistic time scales but will always go out of his way to give a temporary fix for your heating, hot water needs until he can do a final repair. Have known him for three years, he has gone that extra mile to help in my daughter’s house.
I am about to get his advice on a solution to the ongoing alterations to my CH system.

We used HJH recently, when we moved into our new home and there were problems with the boiler. We found them very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Harry was polite and explained very clear what the problem was, fixed everything and had no issues since.

We recently had a large job with replacement of our old boiler for a new Vaillant weather compensated system complete with 18 ambiSENSE TRV controllers. The work was performed in a clean and tidy way and right on time and then he had one more thing to do.

All the rooms in the house can have their own individual on/off time and temperature set and are controlled by the VRC700 app that runs on a tablet or smart phone - great!

However he needed to delete one room so that it could be reconfigured and that caused the whole installation of 18 TRV controllers to be deleted by the VRC700 app! Worse still he couldn't recreate the installation. Talking to Vaillant over the phone didn't help but he managed to get a Vaillant engineer on our doorstep the following morning! The engineer had to replace the gateway device to get everything working again.

Amazing tenacity to complete the job timely and we weren't charged for the extra time he spent resolving the ambiSENSE installation issue.

Thoroughly recommended.
