OMG, what a lifesaver of a company I bumped into late on a Friday afternoon. I would not want everyone to rush their orders like I had to as I forgot to get my gear ready for the exhibition, but if you need a job done, these are the people to go to. They are friendly, helpful and "Get the Job done". I was equally surprised to get my parcel "The Next Day!!!" All problems solved. Thank you Hivis!!!

I ordered Hi Vis from this company for a charity and I must say I tought it would be immpossible to replicate our design...But guess what because of them our designs is just so awsome and perfect and no regrets in choosing this company for HI VIS . You can choose your own colour and have them in different sizes and they do alot more if you take a lool..I couldn't wish for anymore..Im so over whelmed Thanks to all your hard work who made this come true..

Excellent service, ordered polo shirts for a sports trip, easy to order and was kept informed. Had to add to the order(twice!) and the customer service was excellent. I cannot fault the service or the finished product. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

Great service! The size fits perfectly I didn't know how to make my background transparent but they helped me with that definitely recommend this company it's cheap and fantastic quality thank you!

This is the second order I've placed with this company and It won't be my last.
Communication is absolutely perfect, all staff polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable on their products. The order was processed so fast with each separate department sending a proof before printing goes ahead. I used 3 separate departments for my order and it went like clockwork with it all arriving in 1 order within days of paying. The quality of the printing is exactly what you expect to receive? (no nasty surprises)

Absolutely zero negatives and I would be more than happy to recommend you to friends, family & businesses looking for any printing or embroidery.

Wow - actually impressed at the quality of the product and the quality of the print. Did have rather low expectations given the price, but actually very impressed with the quality even just a few high vis vests, and the clarity of the print. Comms great, quick artwork proof, even chased me for a response as I god side tracked, quick to make lead time as advertised and then quick delivery with tracking and dispatch notifications. Dont often leave reviews gut this one is deserved!Well done guys at high vis!

Jacket is just right for dog walking in the dark. Warm,well made but also lightweight.

I received the order today which I think was a remarkably fast turnaround. The quality is brilliant and I will have no issue recommending your company to other Royal British Legion branches.

Well what can I say from start to Finnish. Placed my order online had a phone call 2hrs after to confirm my order as they didn't have my size so it was sorted there and then 20 mins later i got a confirmation email. Best part it arrived 3-4 days later.

Now for a bad bit but sorted it so quick Sadly only got to wear it 2 times and my logo came off the back i emailed them that day and got a response within 24hrs and there sending me another one free of charge absolutely wonderful service and would use them again Thank you for making it a positive outcome Thank you (Katie) for being so fast with everything she deserves the credit she's a godsend to the business. Will definitely be back and recommend this company

Brilliant company to work with. There was a slight problem with my order but they sorted it out quickly. Thrilled with my purchases and they arrived quickly too.

Would highly recommend Hivis. Ordered some customised vests at the last minute and they arrived on time, printed to a high standard. Their customer service was excellent also – Lauren and Josh kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Would definitely use again.

Easy to contact, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, great communication and just a pleasure to work with! I was taken care of by Katie in Sales and I can honestly say, there was no room for improvement, my experience and transaction went perfectly despite it being last minute and having special requirements.

As well as our regular orders arriving promptly with clear communication from the company, the Hivis team recently got a very last minute order to us - it was ordered at lunchtime and was on my desk for 9am the next day and still remained excellent value.

We use their custom printed high viz vests to great effect at our large manufacturing site. With a variety of colours, our first aiders, senior leadership, fire teams, visitors etc can all be spotted a mile off. Being able to print names, teams and company logos on in great quality has made them our go-to choice.

I look forward to placing our next order with them, and from a purchase order/invoicing side of things, the process is simple and efficient too.

I needed some VAT invoices so sent Katie the orders, and she was so quick to reply. Such swift and efficient responses from Katie were much appreciated. She is an absolute credit to Hivis.

I have to be honest I have been in touch with hi vis over the last week and they have been amazing. By mistake I have sent the wrong item back to them and I have caused utter chaos 🤭. in all fairness to the girls that work there they worked it out.
